I've given this store a lot of chances... since they have opened, it's like no one has any idea on what to do. The last time I was in the store I actually told my husband that I didn't want to go inside because every time it's always SOMETHING. At my most recent visit all I wanted was 2 of the plastic reusable cold cups ($3 each). The girl touches the cups that they have and then goes "can you grab 2"... so I grabbed 2 and gave them to her, she clicked around on the screen and can't find it to ring up.... she finally asks for help.. then I notice she charged me for 2 straws. I tell her straw are included, this happens every time I try to buy them here.... She goes "well i've always rung them up as $4". So I handed her the sign that is in front of the cash register that says "Cold cup & straw $3" AND ALSO SAYS "additional straw $1". How are you going to sell a cup you need a straw for but then charge for the straw... like how does that even make sense to think that the straw isn't included, it's like saying the lid isn't included.
The time before this I was here, I bought other cold cups ($3) and also hot cups ($2). The counter was wet with milk and they kept putting the cups and lids on and off the cups and right into the milk (For whatever reason). Then tried to tell me that the cold cup lids they have didn't fit the cup. I said give them to me please, and I put the lid on with no problem. They were just sitting the lids on top and going "uhhhh". I have never had any of this weird behavior at any other Starbucks.
Every time I order a coffee on the app, it's not right and it's DIFFERENT every time.. I order hot coffee so it's like "should I burn my mouth on the wrong coffee? and then not be able to enjoy the correct order?" I repeat the order to them and then they make it right... the only thing they know how to make are what's "trending". IDK how hard pike place coffee, 3 Splenda, and ROOM AND half & half (so I can add half & half if enough wasn't added).... most of the time it's black and completely filled to the top and can't even add half & half without dumping some out , you take the lid off and the lid doesn't even go back on, it just leaks.
I used to work at Starbucks, haven't in over a year, and I still remember how to make the drinks. IDK who trained these people but I suggest retraining ...
The only pleasant experience I've have is whoever is the voice for the drive thru - they are pleasant and that's why this doesn't have a 1 star review.

Every time I have gone to this location none of the drinks have ever tasted the same, they rarely even taste like coffee. Every iced coffee I have ordered here tastes watered down.
Forget ordering through the drive through.. They jack up the prices ordering in person versus online, my drink in the app was $5 I went to order it again in person and they totaled it $9.
Customer service is not the friendless and the indoor dining area is always dirty and sticky. Their bathrooms have not been clean either whenever I have gone inside.
Their drink cups are sticky too! Ordering through the drive though I can’t tough my steering wheel after with how sticky the drink cups are… Even ordering a Chai Tea is somehow sticky..?
I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to Andrew’s Coffee get consistently good coffee with the same prices and friendly customer service every time. Versus Driving 2 minutes to this Starbucks location where it’s never the same drink and always results in an expensive...
Read moreI’ve always appreciated and had good experiences at this Starbucks. This is the closest location some of my family lives by so it’s been frequented by us.
They’re usually very on pace with everything, even though it manages to be pretty consistently busy like most Starbs stores. I usually have never had to wait long for my order, whether I ordered ahead or just at the register.
It’s the same consistent Starbucks products, so if you enjoy them you’ll like this location, if you’re not a fan don’t expect anything different or newly exciting.
The workers are typically pretty friendly as well. One time, I was a complete dummy and ordered ahead to the wrong location. I came in here and they didn’t have my order (duh, wrong place) so I asked them about it and they made me the drink and didn’t even charge me!
It’s a clean space that has good seating to do work or study, or sit outside on their mini patio. If there was one issue for me it’d just be the odd place they are in. The parking lot is not set up in a way that makes a ton of sense but that’s not really in...
