Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered online At 7 PM Monday August 11th 2025. When I arrived, my order was not ready, even though it was the time they allotted. I waited almost 20 minutes to get my food. Then the food was not correct when I got home. I called for almost 2 hours. No one answered. On my way back up there at 9:15. The manager finally answered.. I told them I was pulling in and I wanted a refund. When I walked in, I was met by a minor who told me the manager was not available even though I had just gotten off the phone with them. When I asked for the manager and a receipt and a number to call, corporate with the minor walked out and threw paper at me and said your order will be refunded in two days. There was no asking of my name and there was no car transaction done. And the number they gave me to call was disconnected. I will never visit this...

I don't know who the guy was tonight waiting on my husband (5/31/19) but my husband was trying to use a coupon from his phone and it wouldn't open. He tried several times and the guy watched him. The guy DID give him the deal BUT had to make a smart @$$ comment by saying that the next time my husband better "learn how to open the coupon" or he won't get the deal. A manager needs to know their employees cannot speak to customers like that. It was not my husband's fault that the coupon would not open because of the internet. It worked fine when he got home. Employees like that need to find a job they like or be TRAINED to help...

The two women who work day shift here are very rude. Any time I go in or my husband. It’s all about getting order done quickly and not about customer service or being friendly. They are down right obnoxious. Most day’s we will drive to county line rd or air port rd to get friendlier service. Others have spoken the same when we share our experience. Rhonda is very nice. The young guy at nights with longer hair is nice. The other night shift guy is getting better. But those two women in day shift? They don’t want to be there. Very unwelcoming.
