I go into this place (28 Dec 18) and ask this lady if she can fix the trim piece that goes around the date. Google won't give me enough room to be as descriptive as I would like, and will not let the pictures be placed in order of how they need to be, but if you take a little time and go to the texts and emails I posted you will get the jist of the situation. Long story short this woman broke my husband's watch when all I wanted fixed on it was a trim piece around the date that was loose and needed to be placed back. She took it upon herself to also order a band that I had inquired about. While she was cleaning the dust and rust off the surface of the watch, she adjusted some of the movements and the watch wouldn't work. I asked another place to fix it and they clearly stated on the pic/sheet of paper that she messed with the movements and it had to be serviced. I got the watch back and told her she broke it. I won't recommend her work in which she replied to bring in a receipt for a refund still not taking accountability for her poor work. So I replied back and showed up with reciept not saying a word when she wanted to keep the receipts and told her no she may make copies. She doesn't have a copier so I took the papers back and left. As I left, she yelled "let's handle this like adults." I proceeded to flat out tell her "you broke my watch and I will be back with a copy for you." She wanted to argue, I left when she sent a new email saying I was aggressive and not welcome back. I didn't know about the email and returned with copies as she requested. She took the papers and I asked for some kind of proof for the refund and she said it was all in the email (which was not.) So I went back to the store again and she said she would send an email in a few minutes. I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot and still no email when she steps out and locks up the store and left. 5 hrs later no email proof I'll be getting a refund. This woman lies, has half truths like offering me free repair of what she broke for my services to her. Do not go to this place. Foshee jewlers is who had to fix her mistakes. I recommend them. Refer to pics for her lies and customer treatment when...

Read moreI had an Invicta silicon watch band that had broken on me. I went online and found Erin's shop. It was right across the street from where I lived!! How convenient.
