On 2/16/24 I came into Starbucks to sit down in the lobby. A man came into the building with a woman and got in line together. I am a regular customer at this location and I have seen this man many times here. I noticed he was staring at me while I was sitting down at the big table. I decided to go to the bathroom and leave after because I felt uneasy and uncomfortable. When I came out of the bathroom he was still standing in line and was staring at me. I was trying to look over at the baristas to see if anyone wasn't busy so I could talk to them about how I was feeling. At this point, I was feeling unsafe and decided to just go to my car and leave. The man followed me out to my car and stood about 3 feet away from my car door as I got into my car and he was staring at me. I waved my hands at him to get him to leave me alone and get away from my car. He just looked around like he was trying to see if anyone saw him and went back into the starbucks. This is not my first uneasy feeling about this customer. I come to this starbucks on a regular basis and I have seen this customer watch inappropriate content on his computer in the lobby, stare at girls chests/backside, and approach young girls. Your business should not allow a man to regularly come in and harass young girls and follow them out to their cars. Your business should not allow a man to watch inappropriate pornography in your lobby when there are children sitting right next to him. Read moreI usually go here at 6am and only have an occasional messed up order. However, I've gone around 9am 4 times in the past month and every time my order was messed up in some way. The first time, I ordered a java chip frap and they gave me a caramel frap. How do you mix those 2 up?? It wasn't even someone else's order. The next 2 times, my java chip frap was liquidly almost to the point of being an iced latte. One of those visits I ordered a tall (as usual) and when she read me back the order she said grande. I corrected her, she acknowledged the correction, yet they still made me a grande and charged me for it! Then today (the 4th visit), my java chip frap had too much ice in it. I could barely taste the coffee and chocolate. It was like a watered down version of a java chip frap. Also on this visit, my friend ordered a pumpkin latte and they made a pumpkin frap instead. It's bad enough to have to wait 10-15 minutes in a drive-thru line, let alone a few minutes longer to get my correct order.
It is very difficult getting anyone at this location to answer the phone. I had to try 6 times over a 2 week span to get someone to answer the phone. It's either busy or keeps ringing. I finally got through today. I asked to speak to a manager and I was given Cody, a supervisor. He said, "It's not an excuse, but 8a-10a is our most busiest time and we are the highest volume Starbucks in the district. I apologize for any inconvenience." That is an excuse! I told him I was a Gold Cardholder since 2006 and he didn't even care. I have been loyal to Starbucks for over a decade and all I get for my inconvenience is I'm sorry, we're a busy location?? Read moreHEY IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR ENTIRE DAY COME HERE! Wow!!! I just waited 47 minutes on 1 drink!!!! I will never return to this Starbucks ever again ever ever ever!!! They have the worst customer service! An employee was so worried about her eyebrows literally did nothing the entire time except play with the eyebrows that were CANDY CANE DECORATIONS GLUED TO THE EYBROW!!! The entire time played with those and talked to a dude beside! On top of that then the manger walks out and the person then begins to work! My iced drink sat on the side for 15 minutes without the cold foam… so I offer to just take the drink as it is no no it’s okay we will get it right to you!!!… 10 minutes later I have to tell them to just please give me the drink the ice is melted so they go back blend the foam and sure enough they walk away from it I’m soooo done I will never go back here again!!!! There were multiple people behind me complaining as well this was a terrible experience I understand this is a busy location and a busy time of the year but to wait 47 minutes for a coffee that I can go down the street and the other Starbucks will do in 5 minutes there...
