Updated: Today I went to the location and I would like to know why the work told me the green tea match frappachino was discontinued. He is a fella in his late 20’s early 30’s with a ginger/blondish beard. I thought that was odd…so I then I asked for a plain bagel with butter. I get to the window to collect it and he says he didn’t even put the order through. This after trying to hand me someone else’s food. What kind of business are you running? Like what is going on? So I went to another location and guess what - green match still in action and NOT discontinued…how upsetting and the service has not gotten any better at this location.
1st bad situation: 0 STARS FOR A BRAND NEW LOCATION. CONTINUE READING TO FIND OUT WHY…Asked for almond milk and 2 shots of hazelnut syrup in a grande sized cup and the staff went NUTS in the drive-thru. I can’t have caffeine OR dairy and wanted to make a simple hot beverage of which by the way I was able to order yesterday. An older female on the mic passes the call over to younger man instantly after I asked for the drink and immediately he refused to give me the drink and asked if I want Expresso in the drink or a latte or etc. I fully repeated what I wanted clearly and he still refusal to provide me the drink. This guy goes on to offer me a decaf item on the menu…not what I asked for because I only want 2 specific ingredients in the drink. Why so hard to accommodate my request. Absolutely insane when people can bring their own cups to the place. People that can’t have caffeine or dairy should not be belittled and made fun of in the drive thru. TODAY this occurred. I hope the manager looks into this because I will be reporting and following up. Why is the kitchen laughing about this and also refusing to give the drink when I bought this same drink yesterday. These individuals should be ashamed. This new location obviously did not train up these associates well to accommodate the needs of all of its guests.ONLY SPECIFIC PEOPLE. Yesterday I had such a pleasant experience. The drink was made with no issues and I had a great morning. Today morning ruined by a set of staff who enjoyed a laugh at my expense for asking for my own customized decaf version of a drink. Bias of any kind is disgusting. If you want a crap experience go through the drive thru. 🤮 They are ready and waiting to make a mockery of ANYONE who can’t have dairy 🥛 or caffeine in their drink. Just go ahead and try it out today. Share your experience so that this location can hear your voice and get rid of the careless associates who think their the dairy and caffeine guards of the Starbucks nation. I mean wow! You would think these staff members are getting paid extra to turn down people that can’t have these things in their drinks. My goodness…what absolute hero’s of Starbucks. This morning you all deserve a gold medal for standing up to the guests of Starbucks trying to get you to make a decaf and dairy free drink. Round of applause for you! Go ahead and remedy me this smart boys and girls of the kitchen this morning. I select a drink on your menu…tell you minus this, minus that, minus this and 2 ingredients are left remaining of my choice in the drink what’s that equal guys? A customized customer drink. Giving a customer a hard time because you have to be on the clock working and you have internalized bias in your heart is disgusting. Perhaps Starbucks should be offering extra benefits to their staff for increasing awareness on how not be biased and display nasty attitudes towards its customers. After all the customers are the reason Starbucks makes its money. So I would do a real close look into this issue because these staff members are going to deter goals. Not a good look for a brand new location at all. There needs to be passion in the profession and these staff members here clearly don’t get...
Read moreI cannot give high enough praise to this Starbucks' morning barista Chris. After stopping at McDonald's, two different Race Tracks and a Wawa, I pulled into this Starbucks as my last attempt to get a damn coffee on this hellacious morning. Normally I keep these kinds of frustrations to myself but when Chris asked over the intercom how I was doing today.. Well, I damn near melted down. I told him how it was one of those days, that this was my fifth attempt to get a coffee and how I'm basically hanging on by a thread... Chris was so understanding and sympathetic that I couldn't help but feel better just by talking with him. Then he handed me my perfectly crafted mocha coffee and waved away my payment with a smile saying, "It's ok, we've got you." To say that he changed my entire attitude about the day (and about humanity in general) is an understatement. It's incredible how a 2-minute conversation with a stranger could take me from feeling overwhelmed to feeling hopeful. That young gentleman needs to turn his Starbucks apron around and wear it as a cape because today he was a hero. When Starbucks says their goal is, "...Inspiring and nurturing the human spirit– one person, one cup... at a time." THIS IS WHAT THEY MEANT Thank you starbucks, and...
Read moreI ordered a vinti and they gave me a vinti cup with half of it missing like someone drank half the drink so I atleast asked for milk or something to fill it up a little more because half the cup was EMPTY and the lady told me it’s because the ice melts and makes it a vinti like hello?? The ice melts no duh but half the damn cup is empty crazy people never going here again very disappointing I walked in there twice and they wouldn’t even fill the cup up for me!!
Update: we called the place just to get maybe an apology or something and there was no manager on duty. Some guy picked up the phone talking about “whatever” “nobody said this or that” like a total child I’m not the type to write a review but when I pay 6-7$ for a drink I kinda expect the cup to be full 🤷♀️🤦♀️ I mean I work in fast food and we remake everything, not even being able to top a drink off that’s half empty now...
