NOTICE IN THE LAST YEAR THERES 50+ BAD REVIEWS WITH EVERYONES GIVEN IT LESS THAN 3 STARS!!! WAKE UP STARBUCKS!!!
It’s extremely disappointing that I will not be returning to this Starbucks or possibly any Starbucks establishment especially after the last 3 times I have been to the Brandon Fl, Starbucks. Actually if I’m being honest in the last year this Starbucks has been the closest location for me since moving to Valrico which is why it’s been the one I go to the most and even from the very first experience at this location my coffee has never been what I really wanted. It’s either been too milky or too Strong. Either way too much Carmel syrup or not enough. Either too sweet or not sweet enough. Every single cup of coffee I have gotten over the past year has never been the same or even close to the same even at the location in town n country fl which I have also done a review on. I never finish the coffee due to the fact it’s gross because they aren’t making the coffee exactly how it’s supposed to be made! If I ask for a Carmel macchiato I expect it to be made with the right amount of coffee, the right amount of milk, the right amount of syrups by following the lines of the cups or the recipe given to them created by Starbucks franchise. When I first starting coming to Starbucks over 8 to 10yrs ago I became a loyal customer because the staff took pride in making the most perfect speciality coffee drinks even during rush hour when it’s the most chaotic and stressful times. Now it seems like the staff could careless. They don’t follow the instructions to be sure every speciality coffee drink is perfect. The management doesn’t seem to care to hire staff that takes pride in how the coffee shop handles customer service. It’s almost like Starbucks just doesn’t care about their coffee or customers anymore. Especially this specific Starbucks location. As I mentioned in the beginning the last 3 times I have came I threw out two half drinking cups of large iced coffees (one being a cold brew, light ice, shot of vanilla syrup, light milk and the other a caramel macchiato) because either it was too milky, too sweet or too strong! I understand maybe have some issues with a custom order but I should not have to ask for a caramel macchiato to be remade multiple times or toss half of it out because it’s too MILKY, TOO sweet or too STRONG. It should always taste the exact same every time I purchase it. Its literally Starbucks recipe from the Starbucks menu and there’s an actual recipe to follow. Not to mention the staff is always rude, they all seem so overwhelmed that they can’t focus on making drinks properly or treating staff with the up most respect no matter what! It’s really a Shame and another reason that makes me not to ever return to another Starbucks location is that they seem to randomly close for zero reason. Today (03/25/2025) I pulled up to this location and it was closed. There were paper signs on the doors and drive threw saying they were closed but zero reason why. Then the next closest location about 15 minutes away has been temporarily closed for the last 6m for what looks to be renovation but I’m not quite sure. Anyway it’s very sad to see Starbucks no longer an amazing coffee shop. Do better Starbucks especially...
Read moreI’ve given this location repeated chances to redeem itself in my mind (its the closest Starbucks to my home) and it consistently proves to be problematic. Today I spent 35 minutes in the drive-thru line for a mobile order… once finally at the window they told me they couldn’t find my order and took another couple of minutes to “figure out what happened.” I asked if it would be better for me to park and come in to review the order. After in the store I was asked what I ordered and another employee stated that it had be started and sitting on the back counter. They finished the order as a hot version, but I ordered an iced… They asked if I wanted it poured over ice as a finished hot drink which would water it down… Regardless, I said no thank you I’ll take it as it is (which turned out to be subpar and very weak anyway). I spent 50 minutes at Starbucks today… needless to say a waste. And FYI to Starbucks: sometimes the customer is wrong… I’ve seen cases at this location of customers getting to the window and repeatedly adding items to their order, providing payments multiple times… if a customer does this they should be told that they must circle back through the line as they are creating a bottle neck for the other customers. I don’t think I will be continuing to visit this store as I can drive an additional 5 minutes to the next Starbucks and save 30...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer of this location for 4 years and it’s unfortunate but the pandemic has impacted this location tremendously and now it’s just not even worth driving over to them. The curbside doesn’t work.. no one answers the phone and the drive thru line blocks the curbside spaces. Also, the drive thru line is unorganized- you have patrons coming from up to 3 directions and it has caused quite a few confrontations between cars that I have personally witnessed and honestly don’t want to be subjected to. This was and still is the only Starbucks on this side of Valrico and it’s pretty sad what has happened. It’s just not worth it trying to fight to get a latte. I would suggest management cone off and clearly mark drive thru options and change the curbside spots to be more accessible to people, maybe that would help but I’m not even sure if any of this would change anything at this point. Unless you go right before they close (at night) it’s a hassle and up to a 30 minute process at times just to get your order. Clearly there’s a misstep here in planning and chain management because the staff is doing the best they can and that’s the only reason I’m...
