i was a regular at this location but i will no longer give you guys my business. i will be calling corporate on the manager as well beyond rude when i started yelling bc he made me pay for my drink that i got overcharged with twice now compared to other two times i got last week. he slammed the window at me accusing me of yelling at his employee i said that wasn’t the case i explained it to her nicely i yelled at yourself bc you’re a horrible manager at that let the customer explain first before trying to say what you feel. I get the same coffee every single day of the week almost and I get charged 9.36 but two times now I’ve been charged 9.90 and he told me I wasn’t getting overcharged. They charge $.80 extra for just five pumps of white mocha the drink automatically comes with four and it’s never made right so that’s why I have to modify everything. like i said i will be calling corporate and will gladly drop giving you my money. i should add i sat there in line for 15 mins and an extra 5 mins to get my drink he refused to give me after paying.

Read moreI went in at 6:00 on Saturday March 27th. I mobile ordered my drinks 10 minutes before I got there. I don't mind waiting but there was one customer in the store and 4 staff members and like two cars in the drive through (my bf was in the car waiting). Even worse than me waiting 15 minutes was the fact that no even acknowledged my presence for like 10 minutes. I was standing at the counter and they kept walking by. One of the employees was stocking right in front of me. Finally she said I'll be right with you. A few minutes later she said oh do you have a mobile order? Yes! My drink wasn't even started. Once it was made the girl just dropped it on the counter without a word. Honestly I was pist and it was really unbelievable. They were dead and my drinks took over 20 mins from the time I ordered. And to not even say hello to the only customer in the store. That is really the worst part. Never will I go to this location. Read moreI called this location with some concerns on a mobile order that I placed at the big bend location. I picked up my mobile order at the big bend location and headed to Bradenton to pick up my daughter. As soon as I got on the interstate I noticed it was wrong and absolutely terrible, I couldn’t even stomach the drink the big bend location made. It was supposed to be a venti brown sugar oatmilk and well that’s not what I got. As I was almost to 64 I was upset I just paid $9 for a drink I can’t stomach. I called and spoke with Helen and she fixed the issue and gave me a new drink. She was super apologetic even though it wasn’t their mistake and most importantly she didn’t make me go all the way back to the big bend location. Helens customer service is A1.
