Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

Service was service... nothing welcoming I ordered a drink with extra caramel and I'm usually very easy to please, but there was the littlest amount of caramel in my drink. I also ordered an oatmeal with extra milk because it's for my baby. Which when I recieved it was hardly warm and not even half way filled with the milk. We couldn't eat it because it didn't cook. On top of my order being wrong the experience in the store was not pleasant. The supervisor was very sporadic and commented out loud, " You see, this is why I dont work Saturdays". This is the worst location I’ve ever visited, recommend you find another one nearby. We ordered drinks through the app and nearly 30 minutes of watching and waiting we still did not have our order. We saw multiple people place their orders and receive their orders while we were waiting. After waiting almost 30 minutes we ask about our order and the cashier lied to us. He said the order never came in and so we asked for a refund, ironically, while refunding it another barista asked “hey are we making this mocha order” and he said “no they’re getting a refund” immediately proving they received the order. I rarely get Starbucks, mostly because I don't like coffee, but I needed a little pick me up and I had some gift cards so I stopped in this Starbucks today. Let me tell you about Kim who was working. I didn't know her before today but if she isn't just a big ray of sunshine. She's absolutely adorable and just radiates good vibes. She was so kind and took time to chat with each person. She left each customer with some very heartfelt positive words. She was exactly what/who I needed in my life today. If Starbucks doesn't know what a gem they have in Kim they better figure it out!!
