This location deserves LESS than one star. I brought my business laptop in for servicing on specific request that needed to be done last year. They made it much worse when the PC performed much slower than originally before I brought it in there. Also I discovered two sets of RAMs were missing out of four sets of RAM chips from the bottom access panel of my Lenovo T410 laptop model. I only discovered and realized it after six months later while I was trying to figure out why it was running a lot slower and kept freezing up. I decided to check the RAM chips and that's when and where I discovered the two RAM chips were missing. I had four in it with its orginal total RAM of 4 GB, which is now unfortunately running on 2 GB RAMs. If only I could prove this by checking the rams on site at their store first before leaving via taking photos with my cell, and re-checking it upon picking it up and before leaving the store to make sure the RAMS have not been "stolen", and I would have been able to hold that store legally accountable for theft of computer devices including components of computer devices. If you plan to take your PC-- laptop or desktop or tablet with access to RAM chips- BUYER's BEWARE, they do not take good care of customers expensive laptops or PCs and you run the risk of having certain components stolen by their dishonest employee(s) and you run the risk of having your pc being done other than what you requested. Any sensitive files you have in your PC may be at risk of information theft. I learned this costly lesson and I am having to shell out around $300+/- additional dollars to get this fixed which I have yet to do so. That's a $2,300 business laptop I own that's been messed up. Everything that I have said hereunto is very truthful and to the facts of this matter, and nothing is made up or fictionized. Let Office Depot decide how they want to remedy this problem if they are concerned about losing customers'repeat business incuding me. This record stands valid until it...

09/16/2024 5:15.to 5:26pm-11 mins talking. I visited the Depot Office today at 5:15PM to pick up 12 booklets, as I had received a message earlier stating that my order was ready. When I arrived, there was an employee, her name I believe is Basha and another woman having a personal conversation. I approached the employee, gave my name, and asked if my order was ready. However, she insisted that I needed a confirmation number, even though the message I received didn’t include one.
Despite explaining this, the employee continued to insist on the confirmation number. I tried contacting my company, but no one was available. I even messaged the CEO to obtain the confirmation number, but I didn’t receive a reply. After 13 mins waiting, another customer approached me and asked if I needed help. I explained that the employee couldn’t find my order.
After the other woman, who was talking with the employee, left, I asked again if she could check for my order. Surprisingly, she found it—12 booklets, just as I had mentioned. The whole situation was recorded on the Depot Office’s video cameras.
I find it outrageous that I had to wait so long because the employee was engaged in a personal conversation instead of assisting me. When I finally received my order, I thanked the other customer for drawing attention to the situation, as she also witnessed the employee chatting rather than helping.
This type of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
I tried to send an email to service@officedepot.com But I was...
Read more11/1/18 Customer service at Office Depot is terrible. I went to return a label maker that my wife had bought 2 days ago. I went to the location on Glades Rd. in Boca Raton because I was in the area. I did not have my wife’s credit card on me so the manager at that time told me he could return the item but I needed my wife’s card so that he could return it to the original form of payment. I did not get his name but he was great.
When I returned later that day, the manger that was there that morning had already left for the day. Danny is the name of the manager that was there when I returned. He was super rude to me and told me he could only return the item to a gift card because that wasn’t the original Office Depot that my wife bought the label maker.
I was very disappointed that I was unable to return my item with the receipt and that I was given such a hard time. This is unacceptable and Danny needs a lesson in how to treat customers or better training.
After all that, I had to go out of my way to the other store to speak to a store manager there. I returned the item with no problem. He told me that the manager at the other store was able to accept my return but he decided to be difficult instead. Going forward, I will never return to the Office Depot on Glades Rd. I do not think anyone should have to go through...
