Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

I question my sanity every time I come to this Starbucks.

I work at an actual Starbucks, not a franchise, and the things I see going on at this location are appalling. There’s like 15 people working, but working at a 2-man pace. 3 or 4 people just talking in the corner not doing anything. If you order even a slightly complicated drink they either have no idea what you’re talking about or don’t know how to make it. -They mess up on people’s orders all the time, which considerably slows down the wait time. Average wait is 15 minutes. -on numerous occasions they’ve charged me (and other people) for coconut milk (and this goes for any other specialty milk, like almond and soy) and syrups on things like Iced Coffee/Cold Brew, which you’re supposed to get for free. -Ordered a Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew and no one in the store seemed to know how to make it. (They made it wrong anyway) The Cold Brew, I suspect, is under steeped. They often forget ingredients in drinks. They apparently charge you for even a Tall Ice Water, which you’re supposed to get for free. -I saw this happen today where a woman asked for just a Tall Ice Water, even though she bought a Frappuccino.

When I first wake up in the morning there’s only one thing I desire, a morning cup of fresh delightful Starbucks coffee, I’m greeted with a smile by the employees there, they meet my gaze and ask me what size, Venti I say, yes with extra whipped cream, the staff there oh the staff, they are some of the best baristas in the state let me assure you, and the way they brew is unlike any other Starbucks I’ve gone to, but it doesn’t just stop there, the employee who yells orders there does so in a perfectly clear and amplified voice, making sure no one’s name goes unheard. The coffee there is brewed to a perfection, a delicious mixture of sweetness and bitterness made with hard work, and topped with just a bit of love, I’d highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great way to get themselves energized in the morning, the lines may be long, but they are well worth it, like the lines to the gates of heaven or the lines to ride space mountain for the first time, the experience I had today was truly magical, just go you won’t regret it, and that…that’s only...

Great food and drinks, as well as a good atmosphere with kind employees, however recently I have been quite disappointed with the service at this specific Starbucks.

For what feels like months now, almost every time I have ordered a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino at this location they didn't have Vanilla Bean and I ended up choosing a different Frapp instead. It got even worse when - for a whole week - they took off the option to order Frapps on GrubHub completely and I ended up not going there that week. Yesterday I waited 45 minutes until one of the employees told me that they once again didn't have it, not to mention that I was now 15 minutes late to class, so I went with a different option like usual.

I wasn't offended to choose different Frapps and they were good of course, but something is seriously wrong with how the orders are handled there, as well as the inconsistent supply. I suggest ordering Starbucks from the other location on campus if you're not taking classes past 4 pm until they resolve...
