On January 13 we visited this location and we were overcharged by $13. I asked for a receipt and Skyla was not able to print me a receipt. When I asked her to bring up the transaction so that I could review the receipt feeling that I was overcharged for three items totaling $40.30 she told me that she didnāt know how to use the register well and she said she would return my purchase. I asked for a receipt to validate that the return was made, but of course she could not give me a receipt for the return either., I never received the credit to my debit card. She then proceeded to charge me $27 for my three items which I then paid cash. There is an older woman working there who has worked there for a while, who had no clue how to operate the register and neither did Skyla so I ended up paying $67.30 for 3 regular cups of ice cream. I have never seen the owners anytime we have been in the store so now Iām going to have to try to track them down to get my refund. Ugh. So buyer beware, make sure you have them show you their register screen before you pay for your ice cream. Very bad...

He didnāt even greet us or was welcoming at all so I thought that was just his poor way of treating customers. But NO, after we paid (and I even tipped him), a family of Americans walked in and he was the nicest person to them. I was at first unsure about it but then other American family walked in as well and he was cracking jokes with them. I could just smell the racism in the air. Yes we are from hispanic origin and yes we speak both languages so I am able to be kind to others. Clearly thatās something they didnāt teach him. I was sent out empty handed along with the 3 other people behind me. There were still customers in there and they werenāt even closed, I donāt feel as though I should be forced to beg to spend money in a business and if they want to close early just change the posted closing time on the sign. The indifferent attitude is sincerely asinine and as someone who works in the industry itās quite frankly appalling to see the poor customer service in action.
