In short- High quality and quantity poke bowls where the size accounts for the seemingly high prices. Better than your average poke bowl place and worth a visit.

Impressive poke bowls! Better than your average poke bowl for sure!! For one, the bowls are pretty big. They're filled to the brim with lots of mix-ins and good amount of the protein. So although it did seem a bit pricey at first, the portions and quality definitely accounted for that. Also, the staff (especially the man who seemed to be the owner who made my bowl) was very friendly and genuinely knowledgeable about the food. He gave samples of sauces, etc. Just was a nice experience and better than other poke bowl places I have been to.

-I will say that I have thought about stopping by this place for a poke bowl before, but upon looking at the prices/menu, was deterred. It was probably a few $ more than other bowl places I've had in Miami area and the price deterred me from going then. Now that I went, I was impressed with the size of the bowl and can understand the price more. With that said, it may help to have cheaper and smaller sized options if trying to get more traffic in the door (as a Naples native, I know this shopping plaza can be a harder place for business). It was great quality and I wonder if others may be deterred from their first visit when seeing the prices. Just a thought! But...

I order lunch from Poke Mahi 3-4 times a month and the food is always outstanding! I've had a few issues with delivery/incorrect orders due to GrubHub (NOT Poke Mahi's fault!)....typically I call GrubHub and they say sorry/refund a partial order, but today I called Poke Mahi directly since it wasn't the first time I've received an incorrect order. One of the owners, Karen, answered my call today and after I explained the recurring incorrect orders and missing ingredients, she jumped to make it right!! She advised that GrubHub's tablet has been malfunctioning in their restaurant, so the drivers were reading off the orders when they arrived.....and apparently they were missing ingredients/special instructions altogether. Again, I do not fault Poke Mahi for this.

Karen went above and beyond, remaking the order I placed with GrubHub, and PERSONALLY delivered it to my office, apologizing for the error. You don't find that type of customer service anywhere anymore, and it is truly refreshing!

The food is fresh, the toppings/mix ins are perfect, and the sauces are delish! Karen, you've got my business (and anyone else's that I can send your way), FOR SURE! Thank you for being an amazing person and putting customers first!! WE...

For my birthday, I was really in the mood for a poke salad so my love & I decided to try Poke Mahi for the first time before heading to the beach for sunset.

We were immediately greeted with smiles! The woman who made our bowls not only gave us generous portions (We both got a size large and it was the perfect entree), she was also very helpful in making tough topping decisions AND she also PAID FOR IT FOR ME. We were so appreciative!! While we were finishing up our meal and enjoying the outdoor seating, a man working there came over and brought us a birthday dessert cheesecake slice with a candle!

Aside from the extreme hospitality, we absolutely loved our food. Quality was excellent and flavor was wonderful. The place was super clean as well.
