Amazing Lash Studio — Local services in Bonita Springs

I have been getting lash extensions for several years and decided to try this place when my regular lash professional took some time away. The lashes here did stay in quite well but the quality is lacking (i guess you get what you pay for)... I am used to the mink lashes. I found the front desk staff to be unprofessional and not friendly but I tolerated it as I was only there for an hour or so once a month. I decided to cancel after hurricane Irma. I had a mini scheduled that was cancelled due to the hurricane. I called to reschedule and was told by the front desk that I "would not be able to do the Mini because they have stopped doing them for the time being because too many people are losing their lashes quickly due to the hurricane".... Any company that tries to capitalize on a disaster like a hurricane is not a company I want to do business with. In my case, my lashes stayed in quite well, I just wanted a fuller look. I asked to cancel and was not told that I needed to come in to do this. The front desk just abruptly got off the phone with me. I assumed, my membership would be cancelled at my request. I then saw a charge for October, I called and left a message requesting that someone call me so I can get the cancellation completed & no one ever called me back. Its now November, I have been charged again. I just now learned from googling and reading reviews that I have to physically walk in the store to cancel... It would of been helpful for the front desk to tell me this when I inquired multiple times. Its hard for me to believe this was accidental as the studio was clearly making money off of me for services not rendered.

I would recommend doing your research before signing up with this company. I am a pretty laid back individual...This is literally the first negative review I have ever written in my life...

I had a terrible experience. I wouldn’t go back. They said it would take two hours for a hybrid set and it took three hours and I had to schedule an adjustment because they still hadn’t finished and I was okay with that, until the next day when I had almost no lashes left even though I didn’t get them wet and I hadn’t been touching them. They said it was okay and then did the set again, I was grateful but also annoyed that I had spent another two hours there. I liked how they came out and I left again. The very next day I had the same issue and at that point I had had enough of this place. I then went to the location since it’s right down the street from me and asked to speak to a manager or whoever was in charge because I’d like a refund. Because I shouldn’t have to pay $160 plus tip to not even have lashes for a full 24 hours and having to go back twice and spend five hours of my time. They said no one was available and they’d have someone call me within 48 hr’s. It’s now almost a week later and I still haven’t gotten a call and conveniently they seem to be too busy to answer the phone when I call. Extremely unprofessional and a total waste of money. You can go in and take the chance of having a good experience but you’ll also be taking the chance of having a terrible experience and still have to pay an outrageous price for a service you didn’t even...

I had an appointment on November 19th and was charged $164.99 which was not a problem however, I wanted mega volume and I didn’t get that. First of all they were nice, but not what I’m use too. The girls need more time to do customers lashes. I feel like they have to rush so why not book accordingly. A classic set is different from mega volume therefore the girls should be given the time to give the customers what they want. November 29th I had an appointment for a mega volume fill. At my first appointment I was told my fill would be $55.00. Well not true, I was charged another $164.99. I told the receptionist for a fill of course she justifies why it was that amount which is absurd. I have been wearing lashes for 7 years and I traveled 2 and 1/2 hours away which I am satisfied every time. I heard about this place the good and the bad but I wanted to see for myself plus I thought I finally found somewhere locally I can go. I will not return especially after being overcharged and having to pay $164.99 every 2 weeks for a fill. I will say I saw an awesome eyelash tech tonight and she gave me what I wanted the first time. Olna , was my lash tech this time and she was really nice and professional, but again give the girls enough time to do customers lashes especially for this type of money and no I don’t have a membership at this point that is not...
