This place was beyond amazing, from the beggining Andrea was so welcoming and friendly. My husband booked us a float seccion and she made it even better by offering the infrared sauna. The sauna was really nice, we got to adjust the temperature in the sauna room and just sit there and relax. We also got to relax in their massage chair (Osaki massage). This chair was magic, is the massage you didn't know you need it. We we're pleasantly surprise such a machine could make you feel like you just got a total body massage by an actual human. Afterwards the floating room experience was like no other. It was beyond relaxing. The owner also made us feel super comfortable making sure we were taken care of. We live in Miami but we would gladly drive to naples in the future when we're in need of a relaxing day. Our rate is $79.99 for the First massage as an Introductory Offer for our Community of Naples. Per your receipt, you used your ONE Introductory massage, then a second Swedish Massage and February 16, 2021 your Third was a Deep Tissue Massage which is considerably different and more intense hence $125. My GM explains to each client after their Intro Massage , they are to look at our website to choose the massage and price point moving forward. I was originally a founding member and I just recently reactivated my membership I love the float room I enjoy the sauna on a daily basis the ozaukee massage chairs are out of this world I also enjoy the therapist that work there I do weekly maintenance and enjoy monthly hydrafacials along with stretching on infrared mats with Miguel and Lady the front desk reception is Haley is amazing and in studying to be the head of aesthetics please ask for Haley or Miguel I highly recommend this to anyone that reads this and all the previous reviews I saw that were negative I see no such thing here this is a five-star establishment it is a mom and pop shop competing with the corporations out there and...
