A Naples Gem for Healthy Eaters
Belly Bliss is more than just a restaurant; it's a testament to the idea that healthy, organic, and natural food can be absolutely delicious.
As someone deeply conscious of food preparation, I've found that this new Naples spot, owned by Jimmy Bakopoulos, stands out in a way few other restaurants do.
It's clear that the restaurant's philosophy is rooted in purity, starting with the water. The purified, fluoride- and chlorine-free water served at the table and used throughout the kitchen makes a noticeable difference. Itâs refreshing and a perfect introduction to the care taken with every detail, including the washing and rinsing of the dishes.
The commitment to health continues with the cooking process itself. Meals are prepared without unhealthy oils or microwaves, and the kitchen uses non-toxic pots and pans. This dedication to clean cooking gives you a real sense of the ownerâs vision.
The Food: Greek-Inspired and Delectable
Now, let's talk about the food. Inspired by his mother's recipes, the menu is a delightful, Greek-inspired journey for your taste buds. While I haven't tried everything yet, a few dishes have already become favorites.
The pancakes are truly unmatched, and the tomatoes in the Organic Baked Feta appetizer burst with a flavor that reminds me of fresh tomatoes picked straight from my mothers garden.
For dessert, don't miss the chocolate cake or the freshly prepared Bougatsaâeither is big enough to share and perfect for a sweet ending.
The staff, particularly our waiter Jovan, is consistently professional and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience.
There's one thing to keep in mind: because everything is prepared fresh and from scratch and without microwaving, your meal won't be rushed. Be prepared to spend a little extra time here, but itâs a small price to pay for such a healthy and satisfying meal.
Belly Bliss is a near-perfect dining destination for anyone looking for delicious, organic natural food.
Itâs a true gem for the Naples...
Read moreWe visited this new restaurant for the first time this past week and was very impressed when we walked in. The young lady who greeted us was lovely. Everything after that was disappointing. The server was nice enough but seemed very new. We asked for lemons for our tea and water, it took four times asking before someone brought them. We said give us a minute to look over the menu, which has a large number of options, instead of a few minutes, it was a very long time before our server came back to take our order. There aren't any half sandwiches and salad or soup combos so my friend and I decided to order one sandwich with chips and add a soup for me which was supposed to be a $3 add on. We asked for two plates so we could share the sandwich and again, it took asking 3 different people several times before we got the plate. The toast on the bread was cold, the chips seemed like Pringles but the soup was delicious. We had one sandwich, one cup of soup and two iced teas. The check was $33. Once we got in the car, my friend noticed that the server had charged $6 for the soup instead of the add on charge stated on the menu. The food and service were less than what we expected and we won't be going there again anytime soon. I rarely give bad reviews but this restaurant is overpriced for the food and service. I don't mind paying more for exceptional food but all the sandwiches seem to be $20 and higher. I loved the restaurant Toast that occupied the space before this restaurant. I didn't have a good experience. Maybe you will....

The warm welcome from the hostess set the tone, and the stunning ambiance sealed the deal: a beautifully lit bar, thoughtful décor, and soft, elegant lighting that makes the entire space feel inviting yet upscale.
We started with a CafĂ© Americano that was perfectly balanced - smooth, flavorful, and just the right strength. For breakfast, I had the Grecian Omelette with fresh, vibrant ingredients that tasted straight from the garden. I opted for pancakes instead of hash browns, and wow, they were incredibly fluffy and moist, some of the best Iâve had.
My mom raved about her Patty Melt, noting the exceptional quality of the burger meat. My dad enjoyed every bite of his Turkey Club, which was flavorful and satisfying. The menu is a perfect blend of authentic Greek dishes and other well-loved favorites, with a clear commitment to organic, carefully sourced ingredients.
We couldnât resist dessert and tried the organic bougatsa. It was hands down one of the best Iâve ever had. Light, flaky, and just the right amount of sweetness.
Service was speedy, hospitable, and attentive without being intrusive. Even the restrooms were spotless, showing the care and pride that goes into every part of this restaurant.
Weâre already eyeing the dinner menu and canât wait to come back to experience more. Belly Bliss is a rare find. Real food, beautifully prepared, in a gorgeous setting. Highly...
