I've been here several times. I get a 6 inch veggie sub. Probably the simplest thing a person can order. It's kind of annoying ordering a veggie sub here because they put tiny sprinkles and you keep having to say more more more. They also put one slice of cheese on a 6 inch which just visually looks out of proportion. Like... all I'm getting on this is vegetables. Why would you put 1 piece of cheese, 7 pieces of spinach, 3 cucumber slices and 10 olives when that's literally all that I'm getting? But okay. Whatever. The veggies are fresh and the stations are clean.
But by God I have never met such consistently miserable employees in my entire life. Every time I go here the customer service is awful. The first time I figured it was a coincidence. Even the second time, I was kind of like 'eh, maybe they're having a bad day'. But after going here four or five times and the customer service is consistently awful every single time.... This is a thing here. This is their thing. This is my first time looking at the reviews and all of the low ratings say the same thing. There are very few complaints about the food, but there are endless complaints about the customer service. I was going to leave 3 stars because it's clean and the food is fresh. But after realizing that all of these complaints that customers have left about the poor customer service at this location have not been answered.. I'm leaving one star. Corporate organizations never look at 3 stars reviews. They only care when it's 1 star reviews.
I am shocked at how rude and miserable these employees are at this location. I've actually never come across such a thing in my life. Mind you, I am being helped by different employees every time I come here and they're all miserable. And they are rude to a shocking degree. The vibes are just bad. Read moreI was the one to get a sandwich foe my girlfriend.. the service wasnt great you guys were rude when my girlfriend had an issue with the order that you overcharged me on and called you guys got rude with her.. Honestly I am also really disappointed with the service you guys have provided. I figured you guys would be better since you have new ownership but honestly you've only gotten worse... and she's right about that we were genuinely excited to see nee ownership and that it wasnt closed permanently but when she called about an issue the "shift supervisor" get really snippy with her over the phone and basically told her too bad so sad "its charged the way it got ordered." Woukdnt you think if you get charged for two things you would get all the ingredients for those two things.... this is all because I wanted things on the side.... you guys only gave me the equivalent of ONE thing. They only care about the money they make, they cut corners when it comes to truck orders, they are understaffed, and the staff never sticks around long. Underpaid, overworked, they don’t have any consideration for anyone but themselves and they definitely play favors. All around the environment is just very toxic. I managed the store in viera/suntree area, and I had to constantly keep up on food safety because no one else would. I quit because I had a coworker disrespecting me and the owner wouldn’t believe me, and then told me it was my fault and would refuse to pay me what I was worth. I manager the entire store and only got paid 9.50 a hour.. ridiculous. And after I walked out she turned around and told everyone that I never did my job, and that I had gotten so many complaints from customers but never ever did I hear of any of that.
