Food is great. Customer service awful. First, as I approached the restaurant the lady behind the counter was doing stretches, she greeted me when I walked in but made me wait while she swept the floor. When she was taking my order I realized she only spoke Spanish and didn't understand everything I said in English so I gladly spoke to her in Spanish. I had difficulty hearing her over the music and through her mask because she spoke softly. Towards the end I asked for a specific sauce on the footlong sub but not on the 6 inch sub. I thought she repeated ehat I said back to me but I misheard and nodded for her to add the sauce to both. After calling the person I was ordering for and asking if they were ok with the sauce I told the lady I was going to take the sub and not order an additional one. She replied something I couldn't hear so I asked her to please speak louder. She told me I should've paid attention when making my order or she wouldn't have made the mistake. I explained I was paying attention but couldn't hear her clearly and that I never blamed her. She rolled her eyes at me and began to say something else. I asked her to speak up and she kept insisting that I wasn't paying attention and was blaming her. I stopped trying to explain. The music stopped as she rung me up and I heard her say that I didn't know what I was doing or saying and something I couldn't understand in a mocking tone like a child. I just thanked her for my food, asked her for the manager's name, she very loudly gave me the name, and asked me in a mocking tone like a child "Oh you're going to complain about me?"....

But I was trying to get the deal online I had no clue on how to get the app to work for me and finally when I did I asked the lady in there for the address older! She pretty much yelled at me and said I don’t know it. I said okay you don’t have anything in here that you can help me with to get the address! She yelled again and was like I just told you I don’t know it. It really upset me. She was super rude and nasty attitude , and you don’t talk to people like that. I would never eat there again! I paid the full price for my items and I believe that’s what they wanted cause they didn’t want me to get in the app! My thing is why have deals if your people are not willing to help the customers obtain them and yelling at them for trying to get the promotion's there is no other reason I can think of why this women acted like that! Or maybe she is just rude like that all the time and mad

Read moreWorst subway ever. Ordered online once and arrived at the time indicated on the online order through the subway app. The store was closed! A lady inside sees me and I try to tell her that I ordered online and she refused to acknowledge me. The open sign was still on but the door was locked. Never coming here again as a similar situation happened once before when an online order was submitted to this same location and I called them to let them know it was a mistake, they said it was okay and that they would cancel it so I would not be charged. That was a lie. When I went to the store to talk to the manager I was told to call my credit card and just dispute the charges.
