I dont like posting negative reviews about the sandwich made today around 3pm was the worst subway sandwich I've ever had. I've heard the phrase of "a sad sandwich", but I never....not even once...ever personally thought of a sandwich like that until today. I'm not that picky, I've even been content with plain bread with peanut butter OR, not and, chips in the middle. I had a footlong flat bread sandwich with extra pepperjack cheese called in. A family member picked it up. For starters, it wasn't even flat bread...it was regular. For the extra pepperjack cheese? It was so little that I thought they didn't put on any at all. It was like a quarter of a regular serving of cheese...I had to dissect the sandwich before I found half a pinky size of cheese. Despite that, I still wouldn't leave a bad review if the taste of it didn't seem "off". I'm not sure if something was going bad or what it was. This serves as a reminder that I should have done what I've done in the past....drive all the way to gulf breeze to the subway in Walmart. Yea, it's about 35 minutes roundtrip... but it's better than a 5 minute trip down the road for this kind of sandwich that I ended up throwing...
Read moreWe ordered two sandwiches online at the Navarre branch, pick them up and drive home. I started eating my sandwich and a huge long hair came out from the sandwich. I felt so sick of my stomach, it was very disgusting. My husband called Subway and made a complaint and requested a refund. They offer to make another sandwich BUT we need to pay it, REALLY???? They mess up the order that we pay and now we have to pay for a new one? When my husband refused to pay another order and requested a refund, again he was told that he cannot have a refund unless he returned the sandwich, REALLY???? My husband told the person on the phone that they messed up our sandwich and now we have to go out of our way and drive back to return the sandwich to get a refund, that is ridiculous, unprofessional, poor customer service and a very sorry actitude when running a business. We took the sandwich back and requested to speak with the manager, of course he/she was not there. In the end, we the customers are the ones who pay for the unsanitary and poor business practices. Definitely, we are not coming back and will not recommend that...
Read moreApp wouldn’t allow me to add lettuce to one of my sandwiches. I tried calling them several times to ask them to ask them to add it. When my teenage son arrived to pick it up he asked for a little side of lettuce and the girl was not only rude but told him no. I tried calling again since I now knew there was only one person in the restaurant and they still wouldn’t answer. I won’t be back to the Navarre location.
I know you can’t control the app that’s why I called and asked when we arrived for a side. I don’t know the girls name because she won’t answer the phone. This was on 4/25 at 7:50 pm
They say my son asked for a side salad... guess that excuses them not answering the phone, being rude, and not asking more questions to specify.... will definitely not be back
