Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

So this location is very run down looking the menu board is completely gone and every time I go in there they're eating chicken I'm hoping they're washing their hands. I understand eating pizza all the time would get terrible but if you're eating while you're doing you're cooking I really hope you're washing your hands at this location. What made me come on here was I went in there for water I was getting a pizza and I wanted a water she wanted $2.50 for a couple water that every other place doesn't charge for it then she tells me they only have the large cup not a small one or a medium one just the large for $2.50 for water. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it was soda or something like that but it's water for my dog and me so I told her never mind because I can buy two waters for $3 at the store so that would be a hell of a lot cheaper so I want to my truck I went and grabbed my portable dog bowl one in the bathroom and got water that's all I wanted was to give my dog water I wanted a little but I didn't drink that water it could have came from the toilet who knows. And on top of it when you go into the bathroom it smells like hell no matter how long they leave the door open it still smells like sewer. I like their food or I wouldn't come but everything else sucks like I said it's very outdated. But the water thing got me today you're going to charge me $2.50 for water for me and my dog for a cup that you don't have any other size for. That's bad business no matter...

Ordered the meal deal 1 double pepperoni Detroit style pizza and 8 boneless wing combo for 17.99. The total comes out 24.25 WITH delivery. Then after I place my order. My carts price changed to 39.99. I called pizza hut to make sure they didn't cook my order twice and would just make the original singular order. Of course after explaining to three different people that I just wanted the 1 pizza and the 1 boneless wing it got to the point where I didn't want any pizza after ordering it practically 4 times. Against my better judgment I went ahead and placed the order only to be charged more than the deal in which I originally ordered. So after wasting an hour of my time and driving to the store and hobbling in (sprained foot bed ridden for 3 days. I get this greasy slop of a pizza. I was starving and I couldn't eat it. That's how bad it was. Also, Cody your 20 year old manager couldn't manage his way out of a wet paperbag. Just wondering what skills must you require for a job like that? Let me guess, a pulse. Waste of money, time, and energy. I'll never, ever eat here again. Big Ole giant middlefinger to everyone working last night. I'm usually always happy with Pizza Hut. The order usually gets here fast, it's always correct, and the drivers are very nice.

Update: Tonight, I ordered one of their combo boxes; where you get an entre and a side. I ordered a melt. I didn't even think to check if there was marinara sauce in there because it's supposed to be. I'm a single mom, one kid, but really a huge handful! So, as I put him to bed, I heated up my food a little before 9. I realized I had no marinara, so I tried to substitute. Needless to say, I called the store. The manager said they could send one out to me...that was 9:02 pm. I got a text shortly after that said Door Dash would be bringing it, and it would be here at 9:37 pm. It is now 10:19. I called about 9:50, and a woman answered and said, "In a non caring who gives a crap way),"Sorry it's already left the store, there's nothing we can do. Have a good night." I told her I was hungry and, as I told the manager earlier (very politely), that it's basically a dry pizza. He said it was. I was upset and told the lady I was hungry and I needed the marinara sauce. She hung up on me, and I called back about 4 times. The phone picked up, and I immediately got hung up on. No, I spend too much money there, and I tip fairly. I still have no marinara and I'm hungry. I'm really upset right now, and will be making a formal complaint...all over .99...
