I always come to this subway. After Today I will no longer come. I came around 3 pm at first there was only one guy behind the counter.Then two other people emerge from the back. I was standing there waiting no one said give me a second we will be right there so at this point Iām literally standing there guessing. At the time I am the only one in the store the lady walks to the register and begin counting the money for one why are you counting money while customers are present out in the open and two subway needs to make a convenient way for there employees to count the register money. Another guy appears out the back and begins to help me. when itās time for me to pay she is counting the money NOT EVEN ADDRESSING ME YET AGAIN! So I tell her I canāt wait I need to go I already waited 5 minutes for yāall to even acknowledge me Iām not willing to wait like Iām a nobody again. I told her if you are counting the money I want to pay with card she tells me I have to wait she canāt stop Nd I literally stood there waiting until she was finish counting Nd doing whatever else. so what should have been a usually in an out turnt out to be about a 10 to 15 minute subway trip and I was the only one in the store which is something I canāt understand when I left no one was in the store thatās when she should have counted she waited for me to be in there. not even asking if I needed help before she counted the money! She needs to be retrain on her attitude and her customer service especially during these vital times you donāt know people situation ! And on top of that when you wait long the toasted bread gets hard my sandwich was a waste of money so all of that hardship and my food wasnāt even worth it literally in both ways a bad taste...
