Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I always come to this subway. After Today I will no longer come. I came around 3 pm at first there was only one guy behind the counter.Then two other people emerge from the back. I was standing there waiting no one said give me a second we will be right there so at this point I’m literally standing there guessing. At the time I am the only one in the store the lady walks to the register and begin counting the money for one why are you counting money while customers are present out in the open and two subway needs to make a convenient way for there employees to count the register money. Another guy appears out the back and begins to help me. when it’s time for me to pay she is counting the money NOT EVEN ADDRESSING ME YET AGAIN! So I tell her I can’t wait I need to go I already waited 5 minutes for y’all to even acknowledge me I’m not willing to wait like I’m a nobody again. I told her if you are counting the money I want to pay with card she tells me I have to wait she can’t stop Nd I literally stood there waiting until she was finish counting Nd doing whatever else. so what should have been a usually in an out turnt out to be about a 10 to 15 minute subway trip and I was the only one in the store which is something I can’t understand when I left no one was in the store that’s when she should have counted she waited for me to be in there. not even asking if I needed help before she counted the money! She needs to be retrain on her attitude and her customer service especially during these vital times you don’t know people situation ! And on top of that when you wait long the toasted bread gets hard my sandwich was a waste of money so all of that hardship and my food wasn’t even worth it literally in both ways a bad taste...

Horrible service..went in on 12/9/21 before going in to work and a dominican lady that was attending the front said i had to wait while she prepares the bread..mind you i was on the way to work. Asked the lady if she can attend me because i was running on time to get to work n her words were she was busy n had better things zo take care of instead of attending the customer..i ended up leaving because she kept preparing bread when she was the only one attending the front..horrible service and lost a long...

I placed a order on subway app. They did not make the sub. I showed the guy my online receipt ,he said they didn't get that order he looked at my online receipt several times.He texted his manager. I never got my order.I'm very disappointed with these subway.I have been ordering there for years without a problem They should not be on the app. If they won't or can'taccept online orders.This.happened on the weekend.Poor customer service!!
