The so called "manager" name Julio provided the worst customer service I've ever been threw. My friend and I had a coupon for each of us stating that 1 free 6in' sub. My friend only got a 6in' sub and I got one as well with a foot long. Julio didn't realize that my friend was using a coupon and I was. I believe what Julio got confused on was the foot long I was willing to purchase. He tried to charge us for two 6in' subs and then tried for another... I went over what the coupon stated and he kept saying, "it's not me pappi, it's the system." Then after 10 long minutes of slowly stating what the coupon said he said, "well that coupon doesn't honor a steak and cheese." When the coupon clearly states ANY free 6in' sub. I was charged then refunded then charged again... I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and he said, "I'm the manager on duty." I told him well there must be someone I can speak to in a higher position to go over what the coupon means and how we're doing it. If I would've never bought my foot long, there would've been a higher percent he wouldn't have got confused. I have the time and date of when it happened. August 3, 2015 between the hours of 12-1:30pm. I will never go back to that subway due to the so called manager on duty. I would still like to speak with someone about this situation because he had a Spanish lady working with him and he was saying crap in Spanish about my buddy and I. I've had no problems the 100 other times going there and not seeing Julio, but of course the one time I decide to use a coupon we would've got doubled charged. I paid for an online order and when prompted for it to be ready, I entered this place, and was effectively ignored by both gross individuals working at the place even though I was the only person in line. When it was finally my turn for them to acknowledge my existence, they claimed that my order was not received. That stinks, but it happens. They found my order, and was able to print it out and began my order. Since I had a few minutes to wait while the otherder is prepped, and and had an extra errand to run, I asked to go and do that. It was a walk across the street. I was hoping that my four sandwiches would be prepared during that time, but I ensured to Hussle back. When I walked in, the "sandwich artist" told me that they had to stop working on my order because other customers came in. These were people that walked in after me. By the time they were done with the customers behind me, I was told that "they are starting my sandwich now". Mind you we are already 25 minutes past when the order should be ready. I told them that I should have been ready when I walked in and I won't be accepting the order and wanted it cancelled. Of course, they said they can't do that at the location, but seeing as how they struggle to simply make sandwiches, it's not a surprise.

(455 E Dr Martin Luther King Blvd Seffner, FL 33584 United States) I had ordered a foot long sandwich, Italian herb and cheese with pepperoni and shredded cheese toasted. Then lettuce, olives, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. I drive all the way home to find the most amount of mayo and onions in my sandwich. I was not happy and I despise those two things and it’s not even what I said. I drive all the way back for a refund for the man to tell me the lady just left that I would have to come back tomorrow. I told him he needs to call her and tell her to come back and or teach him how to do a refund over the phone. I do not want any food from this establishment I just want my money back. She then hangs up on him and tells me no refunds. So I just spent money and didn’t get to eat and get no money back? I will be there tomorrow morning for my refund. The way she handled things was absolutely disgusting and I hope this place closes for good and I hope she can’t own a damn thing again. That is one horrible owner. You should be ashamed of yourself and how you operate this business Nesa Jabun!
