Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered a kids meal. The lady began making the sandwich and I jokingly/kindly said, "that bread looks about 2 inches too short" (hoping she would get a sufficient proper length piece). The lady responded, "it's a kids sandwich". I said, "So, I'm paying for it, and it should be closer to 4 inches" and then I Googled what the actual length should be bc I've never gotten served a kids sandwich this small at any Subway before. I showed the lady and said, "I think you're tape measure is wrong bc that sandwich is not even close". She rolled her eyes. Lady said, "they're supposed to be 3.5 inches ". I said, "that's not 3.5 inches". I got more eye rolls. Look at the picture I attached - it's the smallest sandwich I've ever seen. It's clearly maybe 2 inches tops. Then, the Nacho Doritos my daughter picked out were stale so I had to go back to to the counter and request a new bag which came with more eye rolls. Everything is overpriced these days and I'm tired of paying for garbage and attitude. I don't even care for Subway sandwichs but I go there and spend my money bc my daughter loves going there. But after this experience we most likely won't be returning bc you ticked her off more than me...

Today I took the risk and ordered subway for lunch on fathers day. Thank goodness there is Publix, WaWa, Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mikes near by because this will be the LAST time I order anything from subway. Yet again, 4 sandwiches ordered and Only one made correctly which couldn't be that hard as it was a meatball sub. Both All American Clubs didn't have any bacon or cheese and too much mayo. The other sub a black hills ham was loaded with all the things my son hates like lettuce, tomatos and green peppers and wasn't ordered with any of that. Someone needs to check on the Senior Citizen running the subway Alone in Rockledge, FL at 3830 Murrell road. She has no idea what she is doing. As far as the other Subway at 2304 Remi Dr they are even worse. Only been there twice and each time all the sandwiches where made with/ without ingedients we did not ordered. We send complaints both time and we knew SUBWAY Doesn't care. ...

I would be absolutely mortified if I was the store manager…. Arrived to find all employees sitting outside with the door closed and no one attending to the stores needs. The floor was dirty and there was half eaten food on tables. One employee appeared unkempt and under the influence. When one employee finally entered the building they did not wash their hands and appeared disoriented. Once our subs were made, they returned outside and left all guests unattended in the building. Shortly after, the online order alarm went off and continued to ring until the driver arrived to pick up their order, only to find out that it had yet to be made nearly 5 minutes ago. When another customer entered, all three employees decided to return inside and proceeded to make and touch food without without washing up.
