Ulta Beauty — Local services in Viera

So I just went in and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I came up to three young ladies who are willing to help me and I flat-out said I have no clue what I'm doing I'm a big challenge! The girls listen to me and then a young lady named Ivy went ahead and started taking me around and describing all the different products that would help me in what I was actually looking for. The only thing that gets me is a prices butt if you need a good product you got to pay the money which I'm willing to try a new product that Bare Minerals came out with. Also it was great that she showed me a new black eyeliner that doesn't run and it's still on my hand at midnight after she put it on at 6 p.m. and I wash my hands and everything I cook dinner. The one thing that I picked on them for but I only did it to play was Bare Minerals had a free gift with purchase. Unfortunately they did not have the free gift available so I was joking around saying they should take down the signs if they don't have the free gift. So what they ended up doing is giving me something else to replace the actual one I was supposed to get. Everybody is always so nice whenever I go there and I will continue to go there. I did tell the girl about the bad experience I had at Sephora and she understood why I was complaining. Thank you girls for helping me do an easy daily...

This review is for the VIERA location. I am a frequent shopper with Ulta , I actually prefer Ulta over Sephora! I usually shop at the West Mebourne Location and I LOVE THEM ! Always friendly and always helpful. I came to the Viera location today because they sel mac and I wanted a paint pot. I came in bare faced and also had to return a BRAND NEW UNOPENED Tarte foundation and they looked at me like I had six heads. The foundation was given to me as a birthday gift this past monday and it was not my shade but they did not give me a receipt. I asked to exchange it for my shade because I knew that the one I had was wrong . She denied me an exchange and OFFERED ME A PENNY!!!! I cannot make this up !! The lady offered me a damn PENNY for this $40 foundation. I was with both of my kids and I felt judged enough so rather then say what I wanted to say to her I politely took my foundation back and still made a $50 purchase from this managers crappy store. I am so upset with this location and will purchase the brand they do not have at my location, online instead. Worst experience ever and just very disrespectful and judging here. The location of the store and high end products they sell at this location show on their attitudes. They think they are a legit MAC store and treat...

I am a platinum customer and always get my hair and eyebrows done at Ulta but today’s experience left alot of disappointment. Never do your hair at Ulta with someone that is apparently still learning and has the educator here with them….I am not an experiment…for that I would have done the box color at home.

My white/gray were not covered in prime areas…the hair feels dull and not shiny…I have beautiful thick long hair and he could not even blow dry it well enough…it still was wet with residue in the back of my head and nape…

Then I just wanted to pay and get out of there…the manager said I needed to touch it up now with some gel because the educator was there and could do it…I sat for 30 more minutes and no one addressed me until I got up to go…Then I was incredibly embarrassed to sit by the guy who just did my hair work on someone else’s…hopefully they got the formula right for that hair….

Beyond frustrated…yes I could have stayed but they lost my trust in them…I am going to try with another stylist who is a master stylist and books out months in advance…hopefully he can salvage the poopy job I received today with a nice chocolate color, a haircut, and shine.

And yes I had to pay my crappy $66 bucks for poopy hair…no tip….I really should...
