I've waited a while to write this review but now it's overdue...We visit this location regularly as they've got great deals that are hard to pass up. I also understand that this is a sports bar/restaurant and am not expecting 5-star dining. That being said the service is terrible 90% of the time. It seems as if the restaurant prioritizes take-out orders over dine-in. Last night it took over 10 minutes for us to even be greeted and the side of the dining room we were on only had one other table at it. Food is regularly brought to the table at separate times. Last night there was a five minute difference from the time my food was delivered and the time my wife received her food. My food was cold by then. The food to table issue has not been a onetime occurrence and last night’s wasn't even the longest we've ever waited in between our meals being served. A few months ago I questioned our server on the time in between our meals being brought out and he blamed the busyness of take-out. He also blamed and inexperienced kitchen. Well it’s been a couple months from then and it doesn’t seem as if the kitchen has gotten any better. It also doesn’t appear as if the prioritization of take-out has changed. On top of all this not one time, in our many visits, has a manager ever stopped at our table to ask about our experience. We’ll probably be back eventually but it will be a...
Read moreThis is the 3rd time in 10 years I have eaten at a BWW. Now, I realize why! We arrived and there were two young employees having a conversation in the dining area as we waited about two minutes to be seated. When Kate came and asked if we wanted a table or booth, we told her a booth. She then said she would have to clean one. Sadly, it was the table they were standing next to during their discussion! Then while people around us were eating, the other young employee began sweeping (stirring up dust and debris). Who does this while people are trying to eat? Sanitary? We placed our order for a hamburger, a cheeseburger, side salad and two drinks. One was supposed to be unsweetened tea, but came sweetened. It was a good thing my husband wasn’t diabetic as it would have put him in a coma, especially since he put a sweetener in it thinking it had no sugar. The hamburgers had absolutely zero, and I mean zero flavor. The bun was stale, the salad had see through or cellophane lettuce and tomatoes telling me it wasn’t fresh, the salad dressing was questionable ranch and the shoe string fries were cold. The ketchup bottle on the table was almost empty. We have had better food at a bad Burger King and it didn’t cost as much as this lackluster burger. We have had better tasting burgers at Steak and Shake just up the road from BWW. For burgers, we will just...
Read moreMyself and many of my students from my martial arts school often go to watch the UFC at this restaurant. There are sometimes as many as 25 of us present past experiences have been decent. Last night the waiter put my order in incorrectly and brought up food that I did not order. No big deal. I explained to him and he came back with the wings that I ordered. They were absolutely horrible. Hideously overcooked unless of course I am wrong and chicken wings are supposed to be crunchy. I ordered 20 of them and could only eat about 7. I didn't want to be "that guy" and send my food back a second time. I asked the waiter for a side of wing sauce so I could try to salvage the situation. Unfortunately that was not a viable solution when the waiter came back I told him to just take them because they were God awful. His response was "oh really?". At the end of the night I was still charged for them. If you are going to charge $35 for 20 chicken wings and a coke the least that you can do is make them edible. No worries I am not going to cry about about it. I will just be taking my team to another place to watch the...
