Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Local firefighter/paramedic, came in for a sandwich. The lady preparing my sandwich was accidentally leaning on top of it, covering and smashing it completely while reaching for meats. I respectfully asked if she could remake the sandwich because she was pressing down on it with her body. I emphasized that I was not trying to be rude or over the top, I just did not like my sandwich being touched with her stomach. She looked at me and said, “I never did that,” then threw the knife she had in her hand onto the floor, went to the back, and began throwing dishes. A gentleman then took over and remade my order.

At the end of my transaction, I asked for my receipt. I was advised it had been thrown away. When they reprinted it, I noticed I was upcharged for extra meat purposely. I asked why there was an upcharge, and he opened the register, handed me cash back, and laughed.food was amazing restaurant was clean. Absolutely horrible service and customer service, this is how local first responders are treated. Hate to see how civilian...

Just left this location after waiting an hour and 15 minutes in line. There was 1 employee in the store. She was trying her best and it isn't her fault but do better staffing for dinner on a Sunday night.

One month later.... I went in hoping that the service had improved...I was disappointing. As I walked in Lauren (employee) looks at her friend and says "so much for getting anything done" they had only one type of bread available and I asked for black olives...she tried to tell me that they were out. I saw an entire container of them when she opened the fridge below the toaster. I called her out on it and she got them for me. This is my 3rd time having a bad experience with Lauren. It is apparent that the customers are an inconvenience to her. She isn't shy about letting it be know. I have never left a bad review anywhere before but she put a really bad taste in my mouth and I will never return to...

The girl who helped us was amazing she was so fast and patient even though she had a huge line. So i have nothing bad to say about her. But you people need to get another person to work there during the busy dinner rush. Its totally messed up that the line was that long and people had to wait because there was only one person even though she was rather fast its messed up to not have someone else there to help. I hope you pay her more than minimum wage because she worked hard enough to deserve more than that and I see this happening almost every time I go in there... It makes no sense to not have a second person helping.... I am not the only one who thinks this because I was talking with other customers about this while we...
