This place needs serious management. Both times I've been here & they just can't get orders right & don't seem to care. Manager Marlina doesn't give a bleep & wants to blames customers for their errors. Our bill was $38.00 & change & all 4 subs had problems & not 1 pickle was in the bag & should have had 4. Was asked if I could come back to get them after I just had returned home & it's over 20 minutes from our house. Manager made the girl I was telling my order problems too keep going back & forth informing Manager the problems & even she got tied & ask me if I could tell the manager the information & obviously the manager was right there because then she grabbed the phone & asked what my problem was. Sandwiches were soggy, hardly any meat, lots of mayo so much that we thru all sandwiches in garbage. She was so unprofessional, & rude. She made it obvious she didn't care. She actually said. What do you want me to do about it, we can't give you free sandwiches, & that my husband should have checked all the food & missing pickles. I told her he said he actually verified verbally that everything we ordered was there & completed, & guy said yes, so I don't know how this could be put back on us. She made us feel like it was actually our fault. By the way, my husband is fireman as well & we want to support our fellow firefighters so we wanted you as business owner to know what kind of treatment she's giving your customers. It's a sad day indeed when $38.00 has to go to waste because manager obviously isn't managing your business very well. Read moreWe have came here for three years very happy little pricey but very happy today was first time we called and complained and Neil the man in charge just wanted to argue with me and tell me im wrong ? We both me and my spouse have order the same steak sub everytime we have came here everytime we order it with just meat and cheese this time for the first time we can't taste the cheese at all just the meat and bread we both open or subs and we can't see the cheese like always have been able to.. These subs do not taste the same they don't look the same we both wanted them switched out considering it's not the same thing we ordered and ate for the past few years every week, but instead him taking these back and giving us properly made ones he would rather argue on the phone with us not help us at all and tell me im wrong and it was made the same as it always has been when clearly we both know it wasn't it doesn't look the same it doesn't taste the same so obvousily it wasn't made the same we have never complained in all the years of coming here and I could expect some punk working their to argue and treat us this way but managment never should call the customer a liar or tell them they are wrong he should have just gave us what we asked for taken these back and kept us happy instead loosing money from loyal customers since we no longer will be coming back I know it isn't the same sub we had made every Week for last few years but thas they choice to loose loyal customers and argue with us when it's very clear as day we were correct any one who will look at sub or eat it would say the same very poor...
Read moreThis was my 2nd time here, thought I would give them a second chance. Well, it will be my last. First, I was redeeming my points for a free sub, the internet was down so the cashier got the manager who said that the receipt would have a number on it to input on the app. My husband paid full price. So I ask the manager how was I supposed to get my credit for my free sub. The manager practically took my phone out of my hand and started going through my app to show me how to input my points. Then she sees where I redeemed my points today already and I said I know, that's what I just did. Then the manager loudly and unprofessionally reprimanded the cashier for not crediting me for my free sub. So she gave me credit then took my phone again to show me how to get points credit for today's purchase. I told her I could do that, but she continued doing it as if I did t have sense enough to do it my self. Secondly, my husband had to clean off a table for us because they all were dirty. Only one other customer was in there with 4 employees. Third, I had to ask for ice because the machine was empty, no problem there. However, 10 minutes later another customer came in and had to ask for ice as well and the employees acted like they didn't know it was out of ice. And they still didn't fill the ice machine before we left. Lastly, the food was ok. My sandwich was a little messy. All the meat was rolled up in a bunch and not spread out over the bread.
So, I will not return to this Firehouse. My final opinion is that there is poor...
