Foxtail Coffee Co - Lady Lake — Restaurant in The Villages

What a fantastic coffee shop!! As soon as I opened the door, the delicious aroma of fresh specialty coffee met me along with a friendly smile and greeting from Maddy behind the counter. The shop was so clean, so well organized, and there were even new games on the tables available to play. The baked goods in the case looked so fresh that I couldn’t resist a blueberry muffin- the best I’ve ever eaten! I was THAT customer who had no idea what drink to order, but Maddy suggested the perfect thing for me (I can’t have caffeine unfortunately). It was a caffeine-free raspberry tea with lemonade and obviously made with care and love because it was delicious! Despite there being a number of customers sitting around the tables and bar drinking their coffee drinks, I found a great little corner table. Oh, and I have to mention that the bathroom was so clean it literally sparkled - I’ve never seen a bathroom that clean in a public space! No need to look for another coffee shop - this one is IT if you want quality and freshness all served up with a smile. Thank you Lady...

Wow!! Very, very nice place!! (Okay, so I popped in right before their official opening, but I just HAD to look at this awesome place as it was very impressive to watch.

Friendly faces, "award-winning" attitude, cozy, inviting, and attention to details! THAT is what any business requires for success -- this gem just oozes with it all. The manager couldn't be nicer! Customer service seems to be his mantra.

From the inviting warm flooring, to the hand-made wooden chairs, to the reclaimed-wood wall boards, you will feel right at home! If the surroundings/atmosphere is half (or, most) of your experience, you feel welcome here at Foxtail.

All of the new equipment, and space (look at those talllll ceilings and hand-painted murals!!) compliment the tasty menu items, whether beverage or food items.

I can see why they expanded from Orlando to The Villages area: to better serve other areas of our wonderful state.

I absolutely love this place! I first discovered it with a group of moms when we were looking for a place offering cold brew flights. Foxtail totally delivered, and exceeded my expectations. My 10 yr old daughter and I have been twice now for coffee/hot cocoa dates. The beverages never disappoint, the quiche and croissants are delicious, the atmosphere is modern, yet welcoming and cozy, but the best part for us is the staff. They are always welcoming, patient, and very helpful. On our last visit, the manager came out with 2 drinks for my daughter, because he was worried that the first one would be too hot for her. So he made her a cooler one to enjoy there, and gave us the other one to go. There is definitely something to be said for people who go above and beyond for their customers! We will be repeat customers for sure! Thank you Foxtail staff and management! Keep up...
