Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Have been getting the same meal for over a year now. A Cup of Broccoli and Cheese soup with a "6-inch portion" of rotisserie chicken that I add to it, (it's an actual button they just press on the screen). On Tuesday I went in and ordered my "usual", and the girl frowned and said "I'm sorry but I can't do that, the owner said it messes up inventory. You'll have to buy a whole sandwich... " (very nice girl, she obviously did not create this policy.) So after my head exploded, I politely declined to buying a host of items that come with an entire sandwich that I would not use, not for price reasons, but for pure principle. So not only did this Subway lose an add-on sale with the meat up-charge today, they lost a steady customer who has been coming weekly for over a year. My point of this review is so that the current owner can read this, and realize how they are trying to save the tiniest bit of money somehow, but this will definitely cause them to lose much more in the long run. I hope they take the review to heart, and fix this issue so it does not hurt their business...

Have ordered from here a million times as we live close by, but tonight was a slap in the face. Ordered a ham and turkey wrap to go...and picked it up just before 8:40. I told the guy working I felt bad for ordering so late but appreciated him and asked for change for a $5 so I could tip him $2. I took the wrap home took two bites one through the wrap end...usually just tortilla...and a second only to realize there was no meat at all. Went back arrived at 8:50 ten minutes before close and everything was locked up. So disappointed...miss the kids that worked here before and feel bad...

Please hire adults. I ordered a foot long flatbread. The worker then proceed to put the meat and cheese along the short side, not the foot long side. I say something, they say it’s correct. Then after struggling to close it without all the leftover bread, they manhandle the meat and cheese to turn it the long way, the right way. I have basically no meat in my sandwich. I pray they are new but every time I go, it’s a teenager. Is anyone there ensuring things are done properly and people aren’t manhandling food with...
