Walked in there's some kid who works there standing by the door. So I go to look at the menu and he's already asking me what I want. I knew I likely wanted a Whopper, but I wanted to see the calories and the price. So I tell him a Whopper and he starts typing everything in the kiosk. So I let him do what he do. A single Whopper alone came up to $6.62. I pay for it and then tell him that I'm going to the restroom and to just leave the Whopper at the table for me. By the time I get to the restroom door he's right behind me with the key. The restroom was already open. So he tells me to lock it back after I'm done. There's absolutely NO tissue or toilet paper at all in the restroom. Fortunately, there was a air dryer for your hands. I leave the restroom and he's right there at the door. I go to the table there's no Whopper. About a minute later it's ready. I decided to take it to-go instead of dining-in. As for the food; well, it's a Whopper. $6.62 for just the sandwich is a bit pricey, though. Vibe was sketchy and the food overpriced. I'm guessing there's a homeless problem there. I get it; but save that extra stuff for them, NOT me! I would still go back there again, but I'm NOT paying $6.62 for...

I tried to use a survey coupon at the drive through speaker, the guy at the other end had no idea what I was talking about so i drove up to the window, the girl at the window tried to claim that my coupon was "old" when it was only 2 days old, she then showed it to the manger who replied "What's that?" She had no idea what it was either, instead of serving me food, they closed the window and started serving everyone else behind me. I stayed at the window for 15 minutes but they never opened it up for me, not even to return my coupon. I guess this was their way of punishing me.
Wasted 15 minutes at the drive through window, lost my coupon, drove away with a bad taste in my mouth and straight to McDonald's.
I've also filed a formal complaint about the staff/management with Burger King corporate offices. People who provide such poor service should be held accountable for...
Read moreShould be called slow food instead of fast food. Stopped by here on our way to drop off somebody home, decided to go to the bathroom, and might as well place an order for the house. The guy, a tall, skinny black hair, ignored me, asking for the bathroom key. He said it was locked, and he had to open it??? Seriously, you're leaving the cash register and taking orders every time somebody needs the bathroom? Another lady came after me, and he quickly left the register and opened for her. ME I HAD TO GO TO THE MANS BATHROOM SINCE IT TOOK SO LONG! The order took more than 15 minutes, and there were only 2 more ahead of us in the line. Never again will we return!!!! Time was around 9 p.m. There were other employees as well, one I believe was a darker man with a black shirt and 3 more in the kitchen and we just ordered a simple sandwich and fries which fries had to be asked for since they did...
