Iâm hesitant to even give this business one star. Negative reviews arenât something I give, but after what I experienced, I find that itâs my responsibility to bring the service I experienced last night to public awareness. The service itself wasnât terrible, it was the food. Imagine having hair in your burrito and eating a Mexican pizza that tasted like the ingredients had been thrown on the floor and then tossed into a to go container. Thats the equivalent of my experience here. Not only do I plan on demanding a refund, I think an inspector should be sent into this branch just to make sure they arenât harming anyone else in a detrimental way. I feel like I paid to be violated and I donât take well to that. Iâve been eating at Taco Bell for years, so Iâm a fan of the brand. This branch, however, wouldâve caused me to shut down this specific store if I was the regional manager. I donât recommend that anyone eat here until there has been a sufficient quality control inspection. They messed with the wrong person, but I donât want this to happen to anyone else so consider this a forewarning. Save your money, time, class, self respect and go the two other taco trucks I saw in the distance instead(which I havenât tried but plan to). Also, whoever was working last night should be blacklisted from working there and elsewhere. Maybe I have high ethical standards, but Iâd rather be an honest member of society than a pushover. Taco Bell, farewell. After being a lifelong enthusiast, youâve...
Read moreMy husband and I ordered Taco Bell through mobile order pickup. 1 craving box with crunch wrap with guacamole, beefy 5 layer burrito and cinnamon twist. 3 bean burritos no onions and 5 layer burrito also a grande nacho box combo; no guac no sour cream. When we got to the Drive thru speaker we gave them the name on the order and had us wait at the speak for about 2 minutes with no one in front of us. It was like they were trying to cheat the drive thru timer. When we got our food we decided to check it because this location always messes up orders. Which they did the nachos had guac and sour cream, we asked to not have any in the nachos and we were missing a 5 layer burrito. While having to go back into the restaurant the employee asked what was wrong, she didnât bother solving the problem on her own she pushed the problem to her supervisor. Fixing the problem I thought it was the end of this but when I got home I find that the crunch wrap I ordered didnât have guac like I asked for and the bean burrito all three of them had onions. If anyone had a allergy this would be a problem. I donât know if the mobile orders customization shows different. Employees...
Read moreThis taco bell changed my mind. Since the pandemic began I hadn't been back to a taco bell until 2 weeks ago. That taco bell is in Homestead near the base. First time going back and it was an awful experience. Didn't have certain ingredients and the taste was nowhere near what I remembered. So I promised myself eventually I'd give it one more shot and if tastes were the same I'd be done for good.
Well this taco bell at Kendall near the turnpike won me back last night. Everything tasted as good as I had always remembered and this location had all the ingredients which is important! Aside from the usual things from young folks like not giving you napkins or the sauce they asked if you wanted or not yet still didn't give you, the experience...
