Absolutely the WORST customer experience I've had at a food place anywhere. I waited in the drive thru 20 minutes for 2 burgers and two drinks. The employee that took my order did not know the difference between a double cheeseburger and a double Whopper. It took her 3 times to get my order right, after I made her repeat it to make sure. I was not given the correct price for the 1/2 off milkshake and $1 large sweet tea, so I asked her to fix it at the window. She said she didn't know how to fix it and wanted to just take my money for full price. I said I wasn't paying till I had the correct price and she asked "Do you want me to ask someone?" I said I wanted the correct price. She had someone get the card from the manager, not the actual manager to change it. She only fixed the shake price, not the sweet tea price. Another employee came to the window and I told her, and she refunded the difference. We finally got our burgers and we're waiting at the window for drinks, and had to ask for the sweet tea and shake. I got the tea and tasted it and it was unsweet, so I waited again for her to come back, and she said "Oh, we don't have sugar for sweet tea, we only have unsweet." At least 4 employees talked to me about my sweet tea order and not one could say they don't have sweet tea?! They had problems with everyone's order from the looks of it and how long it took the drive thru line to move. This is a disgrace of a place. Let’s start off with my order I told the girl who took my order to please add honey mustard to my order bc I know they charge and I don’t carry cash with me. And she tells me not to worry and that it will be given to me when my order is ready. My order comes out and the locations general manager plops my bag onto the counter and just turns around so I politely ask if I could get my honey mustard and she yells at me in a stern voice 25¢ and I tell her what the girl told me and she goes 25¢ not even acknowledging that I’m talking to her. Then I give her 25¢ that a person next to me had given me. Then that same person and I both ordered strawberry milkshakes and I had ordered before they did. She goes strawberry milkshake both him and I said say oh it’s mine she sees his receipt only and like swiped it away from me and gave it to him. She was beyond disgusting rude with the small encounter I had with her. I could tell her employees don’t like her either due to the fact that as soon as she came around they started rolling their eyes towards her because she was making her way. Overall very unprofessional manager as well as rude to not even bothering to listen to the customers. Truly do feel bad for those employees as well because to have a manager not only rude to customers I can’t imagine how she treats her employees. Read moreI did a Uber Eats order and went to pick it up. The assistant manager was training a new guy, so I went in and told them my name, here for my uber eats order. The new guy gave me the order. He wasn't sure if he had straws and napkins so I opened the seal to look inside. She said "why did you open it?! you're not suppose to open it." I was like then how am I supposed to check if all my orders are here? She kept on repeating that you can't open the seal per doordash contract with BK. "Can I not open when I'm here, or outside, or even home? How am I even supposed to eat the food if I can't open it?" She snatched the food away from me, saying Doordash delivery person isn't supposed to open an order per their contract. I told her I'm a private person, not working. She said she's not serving me, well shit I already paid. So I had to call Uber Eats and they said they can't do anything until the workers verify the order is ready and completed, which they said they have but on Uber Eats it's not showing. They told me I had to go and I can't get my order that I already paid for, because they made a mistake and can't admit to it.
