It's good and people who work there are nicer than most other Taco Bells, but you might want to make sure you get a receipt and check it. I was overcharged. At first I thought I heard the cashier who ran the card say the total, and it sounded wrong, but I wasn't sure. I figured I'd check the receipt. But when my bag was handed to me, I couldn't tell if there was a receipt, with all the napkins stuffed in. The order looked correct, and I didn't feel like sitting there holding up the line. But later I called the bank, and sure enough the wrong total I heard the cashier say was what I was charged. There was no receipt in the bag for me to show. For the $1.81 I was overcharged, it wasn't really worth the hassle. I should have asked when I was right there in front of the cashier. I figure it's my punishment for getting fast food. Never did I receive a follow up phone call from anyone in management. I spoke to the manager there once. He explained that they frequently get orders wrong because they are under a lot of pressure from corporate. Their corporate office tracks the amount of time customers cars are on the sensors. So now, they started implementing a trick. Once you pay, they ask you to move your car forward, so it looks like you received your food quickly. Then they have an employee bring you your food. My suggestion... check your order before you leave the restaurant! I don't get it... corporate is actually causing more unhappy customers by putting so much pressure on these poor employees and managers! I've noticed that the customer service has improved significantly recently, despite some remaining rude people. Even the younger staff have provided great service, which is a pleasant surprise.
