Thai Bistro — Restaurant in Florida

Food was fine. Service was extremely slow. Took mom there for my bday. When we arrived, there were only 2 other tables eating. We were sat. 10 minutes later waiter came for drink order. In meantime 5 other tables had been sat. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Someone else ran drinks to us and appitizer. From time we ordered appitizer we Didn't see waiter again til after we were well finished with appitizer (probably 30 minutes from order). In this time he had taken orders from all other tables and continued to help them. I nicely explained my frustration of not being attentive and he told me he was all alone. -no apology, just a statement. I understand he was alone but that's not my problem. Clearly there were other people running orders and drinks. I understand if someone doesn't come in for their shift but I get annoyed when the restaurant doesn't want to make it right. No apology, no discount, not even a free dessert...something to say "our fault but we love our customers, it's been a long night".Our dinner there took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Food was decent, but lots of Thai places to choose from...probably...

Sam the waiter was rude, when I walked in was told to sit anywhere as restaurant was empty. After about 10 minutes Sam wanted me to move tables. I had chosen a small table in the corner, against the wall. I refused. He kept insisting. Restaurant was still empty for a Monday night.. I ordered Drunken noodles, but noodles were too thin for this dish. The bus boy gave me much better service than the waiter. Waiter took to long to take customers orders. I tipped bus boy and not Sam the waiter. Was hoping to find a good Thai restaurant near my home in Hobe Sound. I will continue to go to Jupiter for excellent service and food. I passed the restaurant twice as it was already dark and there sign was the lite. I stopped and ask for directions. It was in a Streep mall. There are too many restaurants here in Florida not to make a good...

I don't have time to write the novel at this restaurant deserves praising it. all I can say is I've been going to this restaurant for the entire time that I've lived in Florida about a decade. The owners of this restaurants are dedicated to their food and their clients. This is not a restaurant that you typically go to this is more like a family's house that you visit. The staff take their time to get to know you and they really are appreciative that you chose their restaurant to visit. I don't go here just for the people even though it is a large reason to visit the food stands by itself. I've had a lot of Thai food in a lot of restaurants around Florida Illinois and New York and I've never found one as consistently great as this restaurant.
