Great Wall Restaurant — Restaurant in Stuart

Used to go to Great Wall all the time food was good customer service was awesome until recently we have been ordering there for over 20 years I ordered two dinners and wanted to substitute one of the soups for a different kind they absolutely refused saying that was not possible unbelievable as they have done this 100 times or more in the past they actually gave me someone else on the phone and they said the same thing we cannot do that I said I will gladly pay the difference if there is any difference well then just cancel the dinners and we'll go somewhere else they said fine that's what you want to do do it needless to say I have not ordered from them for over 6 months and probably won't ever again for some reason their food is not the same as it used to be anyhow have been disappointed...

Will NEVER, EVER eat here again. Website says closes at 10 pm. Sign posted on door says 10 pm. Got there at 9:35 on a Friday night to get food to go. The door was locked and the girl said they were closed and waved us off. Told us we couldn't have food because the cooks were gone. I could see them going out the back door. He looked at us and smiled and laughed. They obviously don't care about their customers. Been eating here for years, but never will again and will tell everyone I know as well. Went to Canton House on Cove and Federal instead. They also close at 10 pm. Got there at 9:45 and they were more than happy to prepare our food. This place doesn't deserve...

Just called to place a to go order. They answered phone told me to hold came back three minutes, yes a long time...later asked for my order. I got one thing out when I was told to give him another second. When he came back to phone he was curt and rude. I asked to add something to the "pancakes" of the egg too young. They are called pancakes. He yelled at me they didn't have pancakes and hung up. This place stinks as far as the food goes, and the service is truly along the same professionalism. Guarantee they will do something nasty to your order of you displease them. I was completely taken aback by how I was treated...
