Very tasty food-made to order. This is that happy step between fast food and fine dining. It is walk in, place your order at the counter and all the feeling of a casual dining experience then they bring the food to your table and you smell it and taste it and loose yourself for a few moments in the cheesy, beefy (or chickeny....) goodness! Customize your order from a wide array of choices including, onions, peppers, mushrooms, bbq sauce, marinara sauce, jalapenos and more and that's before you choose your cheese! Get fries or tots with bacon or cheese sauce or both! Don't want a philly from the grill, my boys eat their quesadillas every time! Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are also great. Can't choose between them? Get the unique "Moo-cluck", one of my favorites. Burger beefiness with chicken on it and topped to order! Also have fried shrimp or wings with a limited selection of sauces (one of the only things they could work on since I can't really say anything is "wrong" with them, they just aren't "great." But I have high standards for my chicken wings....) Finally, the staff is fantastic! From the register/order to the open kitchen everyone goes out of their way to make the meal a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood here is really good. I've been visiting this place on Mondays fairly regularly for about a year or so when I learned about their Monday night dine-in special which is effectively half-off of two sandwiches. However, They suddenly started to enforce a new policy. They will only let you have the special if you're accompanied by a guest... I learned about this when they refused to give it to me one Monday evening... Upset I left without purchasing anything... I returned a week later with two of my friends. They let the two of them have the special but refused it to me because I was not accompanied by a fourth...
It just seems like bad business to allow some to have the sale price and deny others. It doesn't make any sense financially either. If four people come in and all planned to order two Sandwiches that table would pay for four sandwiches. Under the new policy the group of four would only order four sandwiches and pay for two, but take up the same amount of space in the restaurant leading to less overall sales.
I hope that they will reconsider this policy so that single indivuals can enjoy the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood is really good, but I tried to call 5 times to place an order, but no answer. I finally had to place it online where I was charged a $2 convenience fee. I got to the restaurant and 4 employees were just hanging out in the completely empty restaurant. I mentioned they may want to get their phone checked because I didn't think calls are going through. The employee looked at me and said "oh, we don't answer the phone anymore." ...
In response to your reply: The convenience charge was $1.50 and then a take out fee of $.50. What was the most frustrating is not the charge or having to order online BUT as a new customer I would have no idea that you were not taking phone orders. What if I had had an issue with my online order and needed to reach someone? If no one answers the phone then that is a problem. They can simply answer the phone and let the person know that they no longer take phone orders. That would have been fine. People call for other reasons as well so to just not answer the phone anymore is not a...
