I have came to this place for years and every time I go recently I feel that I am being ripped off. I use to enjoy the food but it doesn’t seem right at all anymore, everything is very fatty and full of gristle. It’s really not worth the price and it seems that it is $16 a pound during the week now? Ridiculous. $30 for a plate of food, am I paying for the weight of the plate too? I use to love this place but nowadays I am disappointed every time I walk out. Loyal customer that won’t be back. I even use to tip considering the servers don’t do anything other than bring you a beverage. I thought the food was pretty good for the price you pay. IMO it was pretty cheap $13.85 / pound on weekends. I heard it was cheaper on weekdays . The place was clean and staff were very nice. I came on a Sunday after 2pm and there was no line. They will weigh your food and you seat yourself. You will be given a number. If you desire to get more food , bring your number with you so they can add it to your bill. Carolina was my server and she's very kind and patient in answering my questions. I have eaten there several times in the past and the meat has been tender and juicy. I was just there at 6:30 pm and there was nobody eating dinner. I got my dinner, garlic sirloin,roast pork, and salad. I sat down with my food and it took at lesle ten minutes for a waitress to even appear and get me my ordered drink. I went up to the counter to ask for meat that was not burnt. The beef they gave me was black through the entire pieces and the pork was dried and overcooked too.
