Tutti Frutti y Mas — Restaurant in Florida

NEVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY!!!!! Workers are unprofessional, slow, and will give you unwarranted attitude! I go in there and I ask for 3 chicken empanadas and I could tell that they weren't fluent in english so I tried my best help them understand what I was trying to say. I sit down at one of the tables and wait for my food, it takes them about 10 mins. I get my food, and it’s cheese empanadas, not chicken. I wasn’t mad about it, I just thought it’s okay they just probably heard me wrong. So I go up to the register and try to flag someone down to help me. Mind you, there’s 4 of them in the back, and I’m the only customer they have during this time. All the workers just looked at me. When the lady who helped me finally walked up to me, I told her POLITELY that I had ordered chicken and not cheese. And she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and walked away. In my head I was like ??? but I just brushed it off. When I sat back down, I heard them saying “Chinese” in Spanish multiple times, thinking I wouldn’t be able to understand them so they’re also RACIST. My food comes out after another 15 minutes and I was on a break for work so I just thought I’d ask for a to go box. Before I could finish asking for one, she walks away. So I go back up to the register and NO ONE is helping AGAIN. There are no other customers in the restaurant! The lady who previously helped me, finally sees me and SIGHS OF ANNOYANCE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS...

Came in today. Food was super bland . Overheard the person working calling someone else after we ordered to ask how to make the dish . Someone else showed up and helped her make the dish . When we got the food , the burger was fine but the tostones with shredded beef were not okay . We have eaten there in the past and it was good but this time the tostones were bland annd stale and the meat was not good either . We waited over an hour for this food and we decided to not continue eating and just ask for the bill. They asked how everything was and my boyfriend was honest and said the tostones dish was not good this time … she didn’t really say anything about this and proceeded to charge us a bill of $50. When we went to pay I guess their system had issues and could not get it to work so she asked us to zelle her … all in all the entire experience was super awkward and just embarrassing . Will never come...

Absolutely disgusted, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Had been here a while back with some friends and loved it so I wanted to come back during my lunch break a few days ago. I was on a 12 hour on call shift at the hospital and went in to order but the food was taking way longer than expected when it was just me in the restaurant… so I asked them if I could just take it to-go as I had to go back to my job at the nearby hospital. Was met with attitude and a side-eye instead… very disappointed and will not continue to come here anymore. I’m not asking for them to make the food faster, just asking for some common decencies..
