I went to get my nails done and this is my 2nd time there under new management. This was an older shop and the first time I went to this Salon, there was a multi-cultural staff. I am giving it a one, because the nail polish is old ( I went for a mani/pedi). The nail tech was sub-par and there wasn't enough time to dry my nails (so it seemed to me) because they were all leaving and wanted to go. I understand, long day. I informed the nail tech that my nail polish was drying, up like a wrinkled old lady. I went into the shop at 7pm and its now 9pm and my nails still aren't dry. Never had that experience with nail polish, but again, post-COVID, the nail polish is old. The drying table where I sat to complete my spa experience was dusty. The hand sanitizer had condensation on the inside, which means moisture from the elements got in and is now questionable. i.e. mold in a plastic bottle. Again, I get it. Im empathetic because small businesses are bouncing back slowly, that includes nail shops, where we assume they have made up for the financial loss. Well, every small business has to trim the fat. Some businesses are choosing to be cheap and some businesses are just simply closed. None the less...YES, I gave a good tip and thanked my nail tech with a smile and said good night.

However, I won't return. I will go back to my usual nail salon in Altamonte. Even though they are pricey, I get a nail tech experience, that has been unmatchable for me, within the 12yrs I've lived...

Horrible horrible customer service! As I sat there getting my nails done I very politely asked the man doing my nails (who is also the OWNER) to do things differently and the way I like my nails to be shaped and length. He was so rough, did not speak to me and cut me on three different fingers. He KNEW I wasnt happy with the way they looked. Finally I go to pay and I told him I was very unhappy and voiced my concerned in which he gave me 0 response. Of course I still paid and tipped. Then I work up the courage to call back a couple hours later to ask for either a refund or a nail nail tech to fix my nails. They said they don’t do refunds but they’ll fix my nails. I go into the salon and they’re “too busy”. Now that’s just a waste of $40. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Now i’ll be going to ANOTHER salon to get them compelled soaked off and re done....

I’ve been coming to Fashion Nail and Spa for about six months now and I love it! The prices are great for the quality of work you’re getting. My nail technician is Kenny and he’s great! I always get the dip technique and they last me over three weeks. They have a ton of colors to choose from as well as designs. I typically don’t get a pedicure because I always have close toe shoes on but the chairs look so comfortable and have the massage features. I always see them use a bag for those who do get a pedicure and it looks like they have jets in the wash, people always look relaxed when they’re there. They also have great hours and accept walk ins. I do my own waxing but a lot of customers go there for waxing their eyebrows, upper lip etc. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean and does a great job for the right price, this is a place to...
