Amazing food and excellent service...

Updated REVIEW. .. IN ALMOST A YEAR... TERRIBLE PHONE GIRLS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE OVER THE LAST YEAR, THE PHONE GIRLS HAVE BEEN TERRIBLE AND HAVE MESSED UP AT LEAST FIVE OUT OF SEVEN ORDERS. HAVE GOTTEN THREE CREDITS DUE TO THE FACT OF THE ALL OUR FOOD IS BEING MESSED UP. AND EVERY TIME. ORDER MY FOOD IS MADE DIFFERENTLY. I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S BECAUSE THERES A DIFFERENT COOK OR BECAUSE THEY'RE JUST IN A RUSH. BUT IF I'M PAYING 31.00 FOR ONE MEAL IT SHOULD BE MADE RIGHT. EVERY TIME I ORDER IT IT'S ALWAYS OVER $100. THEY SHOULD VALUE THEIR REPEAT CUSTOMERS BUT DON'T. IVE BEEN CONSTANTLY BEING RUSHED OFF THE PHONE WHEN ORDERING FOOD AND BEING TOLD THAT THEY'RE EXTREMELY BUSY AND THERE'S PEOPLE ON HOLD THAT'S WHY THERE'S AN 18 MINUTE HOLD TO ORDER FOOD. BUT YET WHEN I GET THERE TO PICK UP MY FOOD, IT'S COMPLETELY DEAD AND THERE'S NO ONE THERE. I'D PROBABLY GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PIZZA HUT AND THAT'S A SHAME. YOU CAN OBVIOUSLY TELL THAT THE PEOPLE THAT ANSWER THE PHONE ARE ONLY THERE TO MAKE MONEY AND NOT DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTORY. I ALWAYS PAY FOR EXTRA INGREDIENTS ON A PIZZA AND NEVER GET THEM. SO SAVE YOUR $5 ON EXTRA INGREDIENTS CUZ YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO GET THEM. Look below at the pizza I ordered.. I asked for extra bacon on the pizza. I also asked if they could possibly make the bacon crispy and chop it up into little pieces prior to putting on top of pizza before going into oven, so that I wouldn't get rubbery bacon. Well as you can see, they didn't follow...

My partner & I went there earlier for Dinner thanks too the traffic being crazy causing long lines. We compared to the other restaurants and immediately agreed they had what was most appealing to us at the time. Absolutely, No Regrets!. Food is prepared with fresh ingredients you can see & taste right away! Soon as you walk in, there is a glass case full of scrumptious savory delights that smell amazing. I had to try 1, It was similar true calzone , but had crisscrosses of cooked dough Beautiful golden brown brushed with garlic butter inside was ricotta cheese spinach broccoli, delicious! Our dinner entries I ordered baked ravioli, that came with bread and salad. My partner ordered eggplant parmesanon, we also got a side of meatballs. And for dessert, we ordered a New York style cheesecake. Just share absolute everything, whitspot on delicious, I was surprised. Good food, fresh ingredients. They seem to have mastered the formula There's so many restaurants would benefit from the knocked it out of the park.I will be returning many times and next time.I'll take pictures as I wish I did this time! And our waitress was incredible! That girl did not Miss A beat. She paid attention to all of her customers just zipping around and perfect harmony and technique. Making sure everybody had whatever they needed. It was an unbelievable experience in a restaurant I haven't had in a long time all the way around- food, service, atmosphere. I must be a glutton for punishment. I have given them 3 chances and now they are out. I ordered several times from them, I have the food delivered and it usually came cold. When I called the first time I spoke with the manager and she apologized and that was the extent she was going, I asked her to have the owner Rick to call me, which he did and I explained my situation and the fact that the manager didn't offer to send replacement food or even issue a credit. He explained to me he would issue a store credit and he also told me she was one of the best employees. (That should have told me something). The next two times I ordered seafood and it was terrible. The last time it tasted like it was cooked in dishwater. I called and spoke to the same manager but asked for Rick he wasn't there she told me she would have someone come and pick up the food which she did and issued me a credit. Needless to say I have no intention of doing business with them again so I asked her to credit my credit card and she responded that they don't that, so I notified my credit card company and they are resolving the issue. Their customer satisfaction means nothing to them. And the food is terrible. I will no longer be ordering from them. I am still baffled as to what they did with the food that they picked up. Hopefully they didn't put in back in the pot....
