Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

Went in store for my elderly mother to buy her vapes and get to the register with the assistant store manager . Showed him what I needed and needed 3 . What my mother always gets . I am a 50 yr old woman and was told I need to scan your ID ok so I went out to my car got my license and waited in line again the couple in front of me obviously younger asked for 3 packs of cigarettes and was not asked for ID.. as I stepped to the register I again what I needed and he gave me one less saying at first they did not sell what I was asking for when I'm looking at said product right behind his back lol does not even show that he knows his products. So he goes to give me 2 items and first tells me me that's the limit and I informed him no sir it offers 3 per transaction so after he told me no it doesn't went ahead and scanned product and yes allowed 3 . So I paid but I go to this location 5-6 times a week as this is my closest location am for the first time extremely disappointed and with a normal employee I might understand but the assistant store manager...

I ordered a Turkey panini and drove all the way home to find out THEY FORGOT THE MAIN INGREDIENT!!!! Y’all I ordered a Turkey panini ……y’all gave me a panini with condiments and pickles on it. And let’s not even get started on how my panini was sitting in the window getting cold and your employees were just chatting. Because I work in food industry I think I have amazing patience, but when they called out the 2 sandwiches they just made (and may I say I HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO MAKE THE SANDWICHES AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN PART OF MY ORDER) BEFORE calling out my panini that was sitting there for 5 minutes. (They saw me standing there waiting patiently) Now that is a bit absurd to me but I didn’t say anything.
