Update 2nd try. NEVER RETURNING. People standing in front of my door smoking drugs throughout the night and I'm not allowed to have a security camera to protect myself or my belongings in my room. Manager beats on my door and demand to remove it. Also tells me to remove my router out of the window. Only dumb people connect to public Wi-Fi. 9 other seen like me. Fire alarm went off at 2:30 in morning just to annoy us " malfunction" OK đ manager didn't even come out to see if everybody was okay, selfish people. Roaches.broken tv and fridge Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs (Under-Budget is NOT an Excuse!) Rating: 1 out of 5 stars (and that's being generous) For $50 a night, I'm genuinely at a loss for words. This place felt more like hastily partitioned apartments than motel rooms. Check-in was fine, ladies were pleasant, but that was the only positive. I deeply regret not reading reviews. Upon arrival, before I even opened my door, a stranger smoking a blunt approached me, immediately asking about roaches. I hadn't even stepped inside, and someone was already complaining! I can confirm: this motel is infested with roaches. They were everywhere â on the bed, in the refrigerator, even causing electrical issues. If any get into my car, I'm considering legal action. Roaches are disgusting, and this level of infestation is unacceptable. The bathroom was equally appalling. Barely any water pressure, and it took three minutes for lukewarm water that quickly turned ice cold. Forget a hot shower. The toilet paper was the cheapest possible, tearing instantly. No toilet paper holder meant leaving it on a dirty shelf. The sink spurted water, and while I got excessive towels, there were no washcloths, and only two partial bottles of shampoo â such cheapness is unbelievable. The "kitchenette" was a disaster. The stove never worked, and the microwave was dead, connected to a GFI outlet that tripped due to roaches. After resetting it, a roach crawled out, and it sparked again. A spark is a fire hazard; I'll be reporting this. The sink was clogged, holding standing water. The refrigerator was dirty. The bed sheets had crushed roaches and were stained. Pillows were mismatched. Walls were stained from water or roach guts. Even in a smoking room, there was no ashtray. The AC worked, but the filter was visibly caked with dust and improperly seated. The blunt-smoking guy mentioned he'd already gone through three rooms that day because of roaches. That should've been my sign to leave, but I was already an hour's drive in and charged. Dust was everywhere. The cleaning staff clearly only cleans eye-level to knee-level, missing obvious stains, dirty sheets, and the rampant roaches. How can they knowingly rent out roach-infested rooms? Beyond the room, constant noise was a problem. Doors slammed all day and night. Kids rode loud, plastic-wheeled toys up and down the walkway, and there was endless screaming and yelling. Guests should be more considerate of others. My anger reached a boiling point when management damaged my windshield wiper. They put a violation notice on my car for backing into a parking spot â a rule never mentioned at check-in. To raise my wipers, I need to put them in maintenance mode, which they clearly didn't do, causing the damage. Hungry since the kitchen amenities were useless, I ordered a $20 Domino's pizza. I ate half, then put the rest in the refrigerator. Big mistake. The next day, I opened the box to find a dozen roaches inside. I couldn't eat it. I spent $20 for half a pizza and threw the rest away. This stay cost me more than if I'd paid extra for a decent place. And the final indignity? My bed sheet had bloodstains. I literally slept in someone else's blood. This experience was beyond awful. For anyone even considering this place, be warned: this is an under-budget disaster zone. You'll encounter a severe roach infestation, non-functional amenities, shocking filth, and a complete disregard for guest comfort and property. Save your money, your peace of mind, and your appetite. Avoid this motel...
Read moreI stayed at this location for 2 weeks for work. Check in was great the young man at the front desk was very polite. Went to the room that was originally booked... it smelled like mold only to see the entire ceiling was covered in mold. The floor was slimy feeling under my feet and the walls looked like a 4 year old did a magnificent finger paint in mud on the walls. Went back to the front desk to explain the issues, again the front desk representative was quick and helpful to cha.ge rooms and made a joke about how the hotel wasn't managed very well.. Went to the 2nd room. This room didn't smell like mold but the walls were agin filthy with dirty smears amd clearly hadn't been cleaned im a long time. At this point I was just exhausted from travel and happy to see a bed. After checking for bed bugs (no sign of any) I went to sleep. There wasnt any loud noises it was actually quite quiet at night and during the day, the only thing during the day was the kids who lived there running around playing (they were all very polite) I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, I turned on the bathroom light to find roaches in the bathroom! Ughhh... I went to the front office (because the room didn't have a phone in it) was told "yeah we've been working on that." There was no mirror in the room or bathroom, the refrigerator was subpar and had to have the maintenance man come in and try to get it working. When he pulled the refrigerator out there was a THICK layer of dead roaches under it! As soon as i was able to get finances up.toobe out i was out of there. I followed up about a week later about the $100 dollar deposit on the room because I hadn't received it yet. Spoke with a man who said he was the manager and he told me they were keeping my deposit because the room was "dirty", and there were personal items left behind. Mind you they never notified me that I had left clothes in the drawer as I would have quickly went and retrieved them! I informed the man that garbage in a garbage can, clean dishes stacked on the counter a drawer full of my clothes (I will never have returned because they "threw them out" and never contacted me about and the phone that I was unaware was even in the room was not a reason to keep my deposit.. I was told " fine, ill send your deposit back but you can never rwnt here again!" OKKKAAAYY I dont wanna anyways! đ first three pics are the pictures send to me when they tried to keep my deposit.. last 3 pictures are ones I took of the mold the dirt tub ( I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean) and the disgusting dirty wall..
Location is convenient, it is close to shopping centers and fast food.
I would NOT recommend this place unless you are struggling and you choose it for a...
Read moreThis is a wasted review because they give a pat answer and actually could not care less. Flophouse is the word that comes to mind. We were referred here by RedRoof reservations as where we wanted was full. We stay at Red Roof because of their pet policy which we told them on the phone. After we drove 45 minutes to get to this place (which they did not tell us was not a Red Roof and we had an awful time finding it since it is hidden on a side street) it turned out this is NOT pet friendly, not even for a fee. So we compromised and kept the dog in our van, parked away from the buliding. It seemed to be a homeless shelter. Dismayed by the dirty walkways and elevator (cleaned and painted last decade), we entered to find the TV blaring, the dresser drawers all open and the towels sitting on the dresser. Brand new T.P. roll on the toilet tank, still wrapped and a foot from its empty holder. A DIY room? The room was decorated in early St. Vincent DePaul- everything looked like a thrift store. Beds were a pipe frame with a matteress on top. The refrigerator had so many dents I lost count. The cabinet doors were all broken and/or cracked. My wife went to put a towel (the second towel since the first had a big brown stain on it) on the bath rack which fell off the wall as the scotch tape (really) holding it together disintegrated. We kept socks on because our shoes stuck to the dirty floor. The shower curtain rod was rusting away. The outside bottom edge and corner of the tub were filthy and the tub stained. Found a roach in the tub in the morning. When we checked out there was a lay asking for a refund since she had to sleep in her car with her two babies because of all the roaches in her room. This is a Red Roof upgrade? I am convinced Corporate doesn't care as long as they get their franchise fees. We've been in some bad places but this was one of the worst ever.. NOTE TO MANAGER: Please don't answer with the usual scripted and meaningless apology. WITH ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS AND PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS, IT IS OBVIOUS YOUR INACTION SPEAKS LOUDER...
