My previous review is down below. This is my new review. Try to order from app. It's 9:44. Make it through putting together my order on the app then I'm told sorry, too late. I get in car and go to this Chipolte and order a Chicken Bowl. No fajita veggies. Ok. I'll have salsa. No mild salsa. No sour cream, no guac. I'm sorry. Your business is open until 10pm. You chose the time. If you are open, you should have food. This is happening more and more at this specific location. Your app should allow me to pay with a warning (you have 2 minutes left) if i was able to start an order. What a waste of my time to go all the way through and find out i can't complete my order. Then not only are they out of so many ingredients but the employees are RUDE. "We were busy and you're here late-it's your own fault." The one male with the shoulder length curly dark hair should be fired immediately. His attitude was offensive and i walked out partially due to his attitude. I guess he had not learned it's people like me that eat out frequently pay his bills. I don't even order special requests. Everything i ordered is on the menu, is it too much to ask that they have it? Being out of an item i can forgive but out of at least 5 or 6? A burrito with no salsa, no sour cream and not guacamole? I guess it's lettuce only? And that man doesn't think i have a reason to be frustrated? Tonight's app experience plus this evening's store experience and the rude treatment by that young man make me an ex Chipolte customer. I will probably find somewhere else to eat. Tonight Chipolte you get a grade F. A failing grade for the app and a failing grade for the Fern Creek store. In addition to food handling classes, the employees at this location need a class in customer service. Your business is open to take care of (feed) me and people like me. With no people there is no business. It's not my fault you are out of so many ingredients and i will not be treated like a bother - I'm interrupting your cleaning time. Maybe you should close at 9pm instead since everyone seemed so unhappy to be there. Not even a sincere apology. Then as i walk out a snarky"have a good day" from 2 or 3 employees and also from the off duty employee sitting at a table with half a uniform on. There was not an ounce of truly being sorry from any of the employees. That sarcasm may allow you to keep your job (can't get fired for saying have a nice night) but it sure gets the point across that my business is not appreciated or wanted. Chipolte, you can advertise or come out with new menu items or add drive-thru windows - all things being tried to increase sales. All of it will do you no good with rude-uncaring employees like the ones at Fern Creek today. I am appalled by my experience. A sincere hello, a smile and a sincere thanks you or have a good night goes farther than anything. Add good-healthy food priced right and you have the start of a successful business.

Read moreBefore I go into this bad review, thank you Anthony and Luis so much for doing your job and doing it well! My boyfriend and I came to this location on Thursday Feb 11th around 7:30 pm. We were greeted by Luis who promptly got our order started and then pushed it to the girl at the end. She wore a red mask and had lighter hair, I didn’t catch her name. She was VERY slowly wiping down the line as we stood in front of her. We stood in front of her for a few minutes before she asked Luis to continue our order which, there was a long line behind us so Luis was handling the other customers. The women then scoffed and continued to SLOWLY wipe the line down. I can’t even describe how slow she was wiping. She then leaves us to wipe the other end of the counter, also very slowly. Eventually Anthony notices and hops to action to help and apologizes. He asked me if it was okay to help the people next to us and I said that was fine as I knew it was busy. We continued to stand there when the lady helping with an online order starts saying “Anthony Anthony Anthony.. I need you now.” And he tells her one second as he’s helping a customer. She proceeds to call his name, so he his forced to help her and stop what he is doing. Eventually he is able to help us check out. Again... Thank you Anthony and Luis!!! You were both great and the ONLY ones who helped us tonight. When we left, I noticed Luis had to grab something from the back. The line began to form and the girl in the red mask CONTINUED to wipe the line down in front of customers who were waiting. We stood and waited for a unnecessary amount of time for no reason. I understand being busy and having to wait but standing there because no one wants to help...
Read moreNot because of service, not because of food... Staff and food are excellent. But amongst each other there is no team... Some crew members I notice get along superb but there is this one rotten apple that takes the liberty to out call the others... So I asked one sweet crew member... "Is she the manager" crew member replied "no ma'am, is there a problem can I help u with anything or get the manager for you?".. I said no thank you..I was just wondering why she is so rude to you guys?" Crew member said "I'm so sorry you had to witness that would you like my manager" ..Even at that this crew member never bad mouthed this rude employee. I said to the crew member "no..I'm sorry you work with her" I walked over to this not so pleasant woman... And said hi I'm sorry what is your name ..She asked "why you want to know that?" Now it is polite and only right as a customer to get the name of the person serving your food but another crew member blurted out her name "Cristal with a K".. Rude member proceeded to say to crew member "that's not cool stupid".. I smiled and walked away and got ready to write this review . TO MANAGEMENT: REALLY EVALUATE THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR CREW MEMBERS AND GET RID OF THE ROTTEN APPLES BEFORE THEY MESS UP THE BUNCH...It is unprofessional and uncomfortable to be in such a delightful place where I am custom to get my meals and have to hear and witness the interaction between this person and the rest of the team...I can only imagine what the other crew members feel working alongside her .. Listen to your crew members as they complain about her.. or better yet listen to her loud mouth as she belittles them.. you will lose service and more reviews like mine...
