I had the best experience today. I was on my bike and meeting my ride nearby and my phone died. I asked several places if they could help with some kind of changer, some gave dirty looks, while others tried but didn't have the accommodations to help. With the weather being so hot I felt1 like I was going to have a heat stroke. I tried my last hope before heading home 5 miles away, Wendy's..... To my amazement they were all too willing and capable of helping me.
I left my phone there for a few moments while I walked back to my last location to retrieve the bike I left behind, to out of breath to jump back on it. When I returned back to Wendy's not only were they charging the phone but ask if I wanted something to drink and handed me a large cup and also the best burger I have had in quite some time. Seriously it was an awesome burger. The entire staff was sincerely caring friendly and non judgemental. As I was leaving they also gave me two frosty ' one of each kind, chocolate and strawberry also amazing.
It's good to know there are still places like this that not only have great food. But also a crew, including management that cares enough to help a complete stranger

Read moreThe Tarpon Springs location, hurried my order thru the drive thru and then did not give me, what was the main reason for the trip there, Garlic fries and the "Spicy" New Italian Chicken w Mozzarella sandwich!?
However, I did not notice this until I was half way home, at a traffic light, and decided to check and make sure all was in the bag from my order!? Of course not!? The Garlic fries 🍟 were missing.
Knowing how my husband never asks for fast food, I knew he wanted those fries.
Therefore, I had no choice but to go to the Wendy's in New Port Richey, amongst heavy rush hour traffic,and waiting 30 mins in line at that drive thru!?
Luckily April was very accommodating at this location.
However, the Tarpon Springs location did not accommodate me w the exception of saying, "You can stop by any time and get the Garlic fries?" Again this won't work as they were not for me but my husband.

Read moreNot usually one to review fast food restaurants, as I normally don't care enough. But the attitude of your employees in general is always an issue, especially last night. Went to place an order in the drive thru last night and was "greeted" by an bored, snapping tone asking me to take my order. When I began, she stayed quiet as I placed my order, and then after I finished, she again snapped that she didn't have x,y,z of what I ordered. Why let me get through my ENTIRE order and then literally yell at me at the END after you stayed silent the entire time?? My boyfriend and I made a few quick substitutions before she told us to pull forward. Before we got up to window, we both looked at each other and decided we didn't really want to deal with her or give these people any money. We left and went elsewhere.
We get outages happen. We've both extensively worked service jobs and have been in management in those environments. That's just not how you handle customers, or really even human...
