Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

Gave all one's because I pay for my food. Was asked to pull up, and waited for 20 minutes. I pulled back and the young lady put her hand up and told me to wait 8/24/23. All I got was my drinks I didn't taste the food, the service was poor along with the atmosphere and still didn't get my money or my food. So I'm writing this on here to let you know owner and GM. Your late-night staff is unprofessional especially that manager where the blue thing in her head that night. Light skin looks like she speak Spanish. I would like my food when I come back up there and something said to that young lady. That was the poorest service I ever had. September 17th 2023 12:30 p.m. Sunday I've called your store ask a speech to a manager one manager got the phone asked what's their name they didn't want to tell me. Another person got on the phone which was another female I asked what their name was she said how can I help you I say first and foremost you can help me by giving me your name she hung the phone up turn right then turn right. Not knowing that corporate was on the phone for customer service for things like this they hung the phone up on me. I came in again and the young lady named swan has done the same thing again and was with Drew customer service this time I got my order but nobody reached out to me about my order I did not get with the rule customer service or my money so therefore I feel like I need to call the police and get a police report for you guys robbing me taking my money and not giving me any product swan. All he has to do is pick up the phone and have a little common Sense courtesy and customer service I don't think you two at that job need that job that two women that's in charge there because this store is poor customer service and doesn't satisfy no customers. I will be up there later on with the police to file a police report for stealing my money and not giving me my product. And shame on the GM for allowing this to happen and if there was the m that picked up the phone all you guys need to be fired and need to be hired more managers in there with courtesy common Sense respectable and know how to. You need more managers in there and if there was the GM allowing this all you guys...

This is one of my favorite locations I mostly come here in the morning for breakfast very often. They know my order my food is ALWAYS fresh and the black lady that works the window she such a breath of fresh air to see in the morning. Tonight I was very disappointed with this location I literally just left Disney and drove past numerous of Wendy’s locations just to come to Apopka to this specific location. First of all night crew this isn’t McDonald’s if you want to be ghetto go work for McDonald’s. Secondly, the little laughing over the intercoms is very unprofessional seems like you all need additional training . Now I order a big order for my family and I and understand the wait BUT what I DO NOT APPRECIATE and WILL NOT ACCEPT is getting my food to feed my family and the food is unacceptable. The chicken sandwich and nuggets was very hard and over cooked the burgers were saturated in oil and ketchup the oil needed to change the fries were disgusting and on top of that we order coke and was giving Dr Pepper or whatever it was. I called the store back no one answered I called them again and ended up with the same results. I’m disgusted with this outcome and I demand that it...

I eat here frequently on the way home. Many years ago it was a lot better than it is sitting now. Place needs to be updated inside. The ceilings look like they are about to fall in. I usually get the 5 dollar biggie bag. Sometimes I’ll bite into my burger and it’ll have lots of pink and sometimes it won’t; maybe it just depends on the day lol… Sometimes the chicken nuggets don’t even really feel cooked all the way. I took some family here and they said the same about that. A couple years ago I was in the bathroom and I think there was mold all on the walls. So yeah those bathrooms need some remodeling as well. The service is overall alright. I can understand understaffing issues but there was this one worker who I don’t know what their problem was but they sounded dead inside and they sounded like they didn’t wanna be there. Well don’t come then.. but other than those minor problems I’ll still drive through there and get food on the way to places. I’m not saying don’t go there I’m just saying if you go there don’t expect top...
