one of the worst experiences i've had. waited 10 minutes at the speaker before anyone decided to speak to me, had two people behind me. (one drove off I'm guessing from not wanting to wait) In the middle of me ordering the lady stopped me and told me to wait so she could make drinks. finally came up to the window, got no receipt. the lady was talking to another person very loudly about personal information with the drive through window open about her dating life while telling people to hang on at the speaker. proceeds to complain about drive thru times and how no one wants to work anymore and how she "doesn't understand why people are in the drive thru this late". she then goes to complain to her coworker about someone who just ordered. I'm three feet away from her and i swear she was talking so loud it seemed like she was trying to talk to the people in the car behind me.(also saw about three more cars pull out of line to leave) after about 40 minutes i finally got my food and drove off. couldn't believe the audacity of this ladys complaints when she and her coworker just stood there gossiping. if she took less time talking and more time being a team player maybe her drive thru times would be better. Read moreVery unpleasant experience today. Went the drive thru and placed my order with a very nice and friendly associate. Got home and the order was totally wrong. I ordered a chicken wrap with no lettuce. Got home and there was no chicken on the wrap but plenty of lettuce, ranch and cheese. I tried to call the number listed on Google, no answer after several minutes, it sound like a fax machine with lots of static. I got in my car and drive back. Explained to the nice young man what I had ordered and this is what I received, taking it from the Wendy's and showed him the wrap. He then went to the back and after several minutes a female came out with no introduction of her name or if she was a associate, a manager or an assistant manager nothing only asking again what's the problem. I explained again and she left the counter. Return with the 2 wraps and said, sorry for order and left. Her personality needs a complete overhaul! The food was flat-out unacceptable—buns so hard they could’ve passed for hockey pucks, still ice-cold in the middle like they’d been pulled straight from a freezer. The burger itself? Cold, flavorless, and inedible. Fries were the same—stone cold and stale.
When I politely informed management, expecting at least an apology or a fresh order, they literally laughed at me. Yes, laughed. Zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero care. Instead of fixing the problem, they doubled down on the attitude and outright refused to issue a refund. So not only did I walk out hungry, I was stuck with food my dog wouldn’t even touch—and trust me, my dog eats anything.
This isn’t just bad service, it’s disrespectful. Laughing at customers, serving garbage food, and refusing to make it right is a recipe for disaster. If this is how this location is being run, it’s a complete embarrassment to the Wendy’s brand. Save your money, save your time—go literally...
