Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

If I had the option of giving zero stars I would. Just wanted a quick snack so ordered nuggets and a small soda. To start with I literally told myself as I was pulling into the drive-thru that I'd better not end up with nasty stale food like before. I pull up to order and was TOLD to wait a minute. You don't TELL people to wait, you ASK them to wait by way of magnets and say something to the effect of could you please give me a second and I'll be right with you. Order my food and was again TOLD to "come to to the window. How about giving me my total and ASKING me to please pull forward. Get to the window and exchange money for food and grabbed one of the nuggets and surprise surprise THE FOOD IS COLD AND STALE!! Said something right away and the woman sucks her teeth in annoyance and said to wait two minutes for fresh food. If I'm waiting for two minutes for fresh food then YOU KNEW YOU WERE PAWNING OFF BAD FOOD!! Why would you do that??!!! So now it's about 8 minutes into this whole ordeal and I'm waiting and decided to take a sip of my rootbeer soda and ITS FLAT!! No carbonation at all! So I parked and went inside to get a refund and they stand there and just stare at me. Shut this place down! It's disgusting and you're gonna get people horribly sick!! Oh wait, those reviews are on here too. I will never return...

Ordered a #2 Combo: Fries were lukewarm to cold + not cooked through. The double with cheese with meat, cheese, tomato, and lettuce Only. Most disgusting burger I've ever eaten in ANY Wendy's I've have visited. The buns were not toasted, the meat was overly greasy and unfortunately waaaay over seasoned with salt. Speaking of salt ....the only thing I could taste was salt! Disgusting & gravely disappointed. Reached for the bricked coke. I literally had to choke down a couple of swallows as the drink itself was disgusting. A cross between Dr. Pepper and grape soda? Which I totally hate mixed mixed with overly carbonated coke. Thus I thew it away after forcing myself to swallow a couple of sips from this atrocious vile drink to get of of the ridiculous amount of salt in an attempt to wash the pure salt so-called burger. I do not recommend this place to anyone! The management needs to work and watch their crew working & get in their to watch and correct. Refer to your thick book that ALL employees MUST follow as well as Management should enforce.

It starts as the top of the food chain aka the hierarchy. Word of mouth can make you or break you. This can be personally discussed or posted on many various rating sites or even on "The Wall of Shame" on Facebook. I would avoid this place...

Last weekend, I stopped by Wendy's for a quick lunch after running some errands. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff at the counter, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit.

I decided to try their new Baconator fries, which came highly recommended by a friend. While waiting for my order, I noticed the clean and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The seating area was well-organized, and the ambiance was perfect for a casual meal.

When my food arrived, I was impressed by the presentation. The fries were loaded with a generous amount of melted cheese and crispy bacon bits, making each bite incredibly flavorful. I paired it with a classic Dave’s Single burger, which was juicy and cooked to perfection, with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles adding a nice crunch.

The highlight of my meal, though, was the Frosty. It was the perfect balance of creamy and sweet, a delightful way to end my lunch. The entire experience was fantastic, from the friendly service to the delicious food. I left Wendy's feeling satisfied and looking forward to...
