I bet that this Wendy's location would not pass a random health inspection.
Wow. I wished that I had seen these customer reviews before I got here tonight. The owner must not care about the customer's experience. I ordered a 10 piece nugget, small fry, and Dave's Single.
I did not want cheese. The employee made that decision to add cheese to my burger for me. We were the only people waiting on an order in the drive thru and in the establishment.
The three items took about 6 minutes to obtain. The burger was fresh and greasy. However, the nuggets and fries were mostly on the cold side.
I was handed my food by some kid who only gave a creepy smile and didn't say anything. I entered the building to ensure that I was given fresh fries and nuggets. Lowe and behold, there was an overstaffed kitchen full of teenagers that were talking about various inappropriate topics.
The management is non-existent in this Wendy's. Or, maybe the quality of service is better in the daytime. The night shift management could have probably sent home at least four employees due to them hanging out in the kitchen gossiping.
I will never come back to this Wendy's, and the owner should be concerned. Navarre deserves a better quality of service. Do not accept cold or warm food when you spend your hard earned money.
Lastly, the main person who was gossiping kept coughing into his hand right before he placed the BBQ sauce into my bag of fries and nuggets. I made him aware of the germs that he was spreading.

I called, and they said they would make them. I was hungry and tired, but I had to go back to get the food. When I got there, I heard the manager mention my order. I said, "I'm right here." Then he turns and looks away from me, no apology for the mess up or anything. The burgers we did get were old and crusty. Most of the time, if you get bacon, it's overcooked or burt. We tried to go last night and walked in. There were no customers and no one in the drive-through. I saw three people working, and they were moving like sloths. Well here's the thing I made it a drive thru order bc I wasnt planning. There was NO line in the drive thru. They easily could of made my order and handed it to me thru the window but no. So I went in, where my name wasn't on the board because it was supposed to be a drive up. They found me and then I waited.. and waited.
