Firehouse Subs Navarre — Restaurant in Florida

Was just at firehouse subs in Navarre. I ordered exactly the same the same thing as the night before. The small sub , chips , one brownie, one cookie. When I received food the sub was four inches long. I asked staff why the sub was half the size of previous visit for the same price. They were not sure so offered me the other half for additional $1.80. I had already paid almost nine dollars, which would bring total to $11.00. One of the servers suggested ordering them together and it would have been 7 or 8 dollars. I asked if I could exchange for a cup of chile instead of paying $1.80 extra for the other half a sandwich that I did not get and had to pay full price. The manager Kaylee Taylor offered no resolution and walked in the back and stayed out of sight until I left after expressing that I was not happy with her decision.and I ended up paying approx. $14.00 dollars for what I paid less than $9.00 the day before. Very unsatisfied and will never buy anything from firehouse subs again. It's not the money , it's about principle and service. I really appreciate what firehouse stands for but this was beyond...

Have eaten there many times and love to stack up my rewards and use them for free sandwiches especially with how expensive they are it's almost $20 for a large sub sandwich with that being said sometimes they offer half off after a certain time for online orders but what they do not tell you is that after 8:30 their online order shuts down and they will not recognize a deal from online due to that if you were to call in they just say nope once 8:30 hits our system shut down for the night for online orders even though it's 8:25 when you call and it's 8:20 when you're trying to place your order so their solution is with an attitude the deal runs until Thursday so you can just do it tomorrow I will say the actual employee was very nice and was trying to help me out it was the manager herself with the attitude other Firehouse Subs are the best customer service from the staff to the managers this is the third time I've had a very rude...

My husband and I have been staying in Florida for two months as we wait to get back into Thailand. We are doing our work virtually for now. We try to take Fridays off and spend the day together...usually at the beach. We had been stopping at Jersey Mikes to pick up a sub sandwich to share on the beach. Today we decided to give Firehouse Subs a try. Although the service was great, We regretted not picking up our sandwich from Jersey Mikes.
