Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

Every single time I go there I’m being rushed . This one lady at the intercom asks me what I want to order as I’m telling her my order she is literally talking over me (no respect) as I tell her that I don’t want no mustard on all the meals that has a burger she tells me what I want to drink . I then tell her exactly the drink I want for each other . I repeated to her that I didn’t want mustard on none of the burgers she said she heard me . I thought everything was good . Mind you I never leave the window because they are known to make mistakes which is fine only if it was accidental and not you talking over me . As I pick up my food at the window the burger I received when I open the burger to make sure there was no mustard was super cold the other two meals with the burgers that I also said no mustard had mustard she suck her teeth and said “just give it to me “ I counted the fries she missed my large order of French fries that I order on the side and even gave me regular fries on one of the orders that I had ask to be switched for baconator fries . If she had just listen before talking over me this wouldn’t of happened . She was really nasty on the intercom and really sweet face to face . I try to always be nice because I’ve been there and done that . You always have to make sure to pay detail attention . No one wants to come back twice and stay in the long drive they with multiple cars to get their order changed time after time . I won’t mention her name because I wouldn’t want her to get fired but I did mention after she gave me my food that she needs to first hear me before speaking over me and stop making assumptions about what I order when I know how to order my kids food . I grew up going to this Wendy's with my family on Saturdays after soccer so I've been going to this Wendy's for over 20 years now. When my brother and I arrived, there were 2 people in the dining room and no one in line. When I approached the counter where the Manager (her name started with an M) and another employee were standing by the register. I smiled at them and they smiled back, then walked away from the register. I then stood there for 4 minutes while the manager faked helping fill drive thru orders. When I finally was able to give my order, the employee was extremely curt and rude. By this point there was a lot of people in line and the employee and manager started complaining in front of everyone about how many people were there. I just wrote all this of to having a bad day. However, as my brother and I were getting refills before we left, the employee that took my order was out in the dining room and knocked the remainder of my brothers french fries off the table. She then turned and said to him "you're not supposed to knock your food off the table". My brother has special needs and didn't understand what was happening and said "You knocked them off!" She laughed at him and said "Nope, that was all you bud!". You can imagine how shocked I was as it's obvious he has special needs and how any decent person would talk to someone like that. I would say with confidence that this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had and will not be back. Worst Wendy's ever, avoid at all costs! My kids like Wendy's 4 for 4 and this one is unfortunately the closest to our house so we have been multiple times. It's awful. We have a family of 5, which means 5 orders and at least one of them is wrong every time. Sometimes more than one is wrong. They have never gotten all orders correct on the first try. On the last visit we decided to dine in because it's easier to check the food and return the wrong orders. We won't be doing that again either. The place is dirty, the air conditioner wasn't working, there was no ice, and the touch screen on the drink machine doesn't work for most selections. There is a single song playing over the speaker that just repeats. So annoying. Oh, and this place also upcharges your combos automatically whether you want them or not. They even asked me what size and I said small but they still charged me an extra 50 cents for the next larger size. Their grilled chicken sandwich was also pretty nasty.
