The worst experience I’ve ever had. First of all, this place wasn’t busy. We were the only car in the drive-through and the only person inside was a delivery driver. We pull up straight from the road directly to the speaker. The manager was the one taking orders through the speakers. She was extremely dismissive, kept interrupting while I was ordering, and then would question me on what I just ordered. She would hear me if she stopped interrupting.
She then proceeds to yell through the speaker to pull around to the window without providing any previous instructions. We pull around to the window and we are immediately handed the wrong drinks. I tell the cashier (a young kid) that we actually ordered something else. He immediately started on fixing it but it brought over the attention of the manager. She immediately caught an attitude and told us we were the ones that were wrong. Okay, no problem. I can be wrong sometimes. Before asking to see if there’s a solution to the problem (paying a difference if there was one, placing a new order) she just hands us our food and drinks and starts badmouthing us to the kids on her shift. The window was open and we have been nothing but polite. There was no reason to treat us like this. I ask for the receipt and she tells me I don’t need one. I ask for a refund and she says we can call corporate. I try calling corporate and I’m stuck on hold for over half an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Im a young guy and have worked the service and retail industry since I was 16. I know what it’s like to work fast food. I even managed the Pollo Tropical across the street and the Denny’s in Florida City. This lady was absolutely ridiculous. I hope someone sees this and contacts me. I don’t care so much about leaving reviews but I asked for a refund and was brushed off so this needs to be handled.

Read moreWent here for breakfast the other day when i Me and my family walked in there was no cashier at the register so a black lady with grayish hair comes over when i get ready to tell her that i had 3 coupons she cuts me of and interrupts me like she was in a rush or something when i was the only one in there i told her excuse me i wasnt finish talking so she waits like she has a attitude rolling her eyes so i continued with my order i wanted two bacon egg and cheese biscuits and two sausage egg biscuits a orange juice and a extra sausage egg and cheese biscuit but then she spanish girl walks up and took my order so i told her and she asked if it was all together i said yes when i paid and waited for my food she didn't add the extra sandwich i got really upset because i told her it was all together so i paid for that when me and my family get ready to eat i open my bacon sandwiches there were only two little pieces of bacon and you couldn't see it unless you lift up the egg and the biscuits were under cooked it just crumbled up i asked her what is this and where is the bacon the sandwich didn't look nothing like the picture so the cook gives me attitude telling me you can just change it i told no i asked for a bacon biscuit and thats what i want so she and the cashier continues to gives me attitude so i did not eat it and i called the corporate office to make a complaint on that wendys and their bad service i recommend no one order their breakfast sandwiches its terrible. Read moreThis has been the worse experience I have ever had at a fast food place. They now have the worse and under trained staff at this Wendy's that I have been going for more than 17 years. After spending more than 35 minutes in line to place my order, I get to the window they handed me the food and I give them my card to pay, they come back asking me if I have another card because it is not going through, I give them another card and the same situation. This very rude employee tells me that I will need to wait about 30 minutes because they are having issues with their system, I asked him to give me my card back because I was not going to wait 30 minutes more after been in line already for 35 min, he then responded that I was not going to go with the food without paying. I have never taken a dime in my life and this guy did not want to give me back my card implying that I was going to steal the food. I asked to talk to the manager and I understand now why the employee treat me that way, the manager name is Dianelys and she was even worse on the response I got from her. At the end I waisted almost an hour and no food for my family, no customer service at all, people don't care about service anymore. It is sad that I have been a customer for so many years and this is how customer get treated. What is happening??
